بررسی تغییرات هزینه‌های درمانی بیماران دیابت نوع 2 متعاقب یک دوره فعالیت ورزشی منظم سه‌ماهه

چکیده

 
کنترل و پیشگیری بسیاری از بیماری‌ها و کاهش هزینه‌های درمانی از فواید اقتصادی صنعت ورزش است. هدف تحقیق حاضر تعیین تأثیر یک دوره فعالیت ورزشی منظم سه‌ماهه، بر هزینه‌های درمانی بیماران دیابت نوع 2 است. تحقیق حاضر نیمه‌تجربی و نیز توصیفی- همبستگی است که از پرسشنامه‌ای با روایی قابل قبول و پایایی 72/0 در دو مرحله بین نمونه‌ها پخش شده است. جامعۀ آماری 110 زن مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 شهرستان بناب بود که 52 آنان به‌عنوان نمونه در دو گروه کنترل و تمرین انتخاب شدند. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری تی همبسته و تی مستقل با سطح معنا‌داری 05/0 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که یک دوره فعالیت ورزشی منظم بر هزینه‌های درمانی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم اثر داشته و موجب کاهش هزینه‌ها شده و بین هزینه‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم قبل و بعد از فعالیت ورزشی تفاوت معنا‌داری وجود دارد. بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که فعالیت ورزشی منظم سه‌ماهه، سبب بهبود سطح کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابت نوع 2 شده و با تحت تأثیر قرار دادن و کاهش معنادار هزینه‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم درمانی بر اقتصاد سلامت خانواده و دولت اثرگذار است.

A Study of Changes in Medical Expenses of Type 2 Diabetes Patients following 3 Months of Regular Exercise

Controlling and preventing most diseases and reducing medical expenses is considered as one of the economic benefits of sport industry. The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of 3 months of regular exercise on the medical expenses of type 2 diabetic patients. In this semi-experimental and descriptive-correlation study, a questionnaire with acceptable validity and reliability of 0.72 was distributed among the subjects in 2 steps. The statistical population consisted of 110 women with type 2 diabetes in Bonab city and 52 women were selected as the sample in two groups: control and exercise. To test the hypotheses, paired and independent t tests at significance level of 0.05 were used. The findings showed that regular exercise had an effect on direct and indirect medical expenses and reduced these expenses and there was a significant difference between direct and indirect expenses before and after the exercise. Therefore, it can be concluded that 3 months of regular exercise improved quality of life in type 2 diabetes patients and affected the economy of family and government health through influencing and significantly reducing direct and indirect medical expenses.
