The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of selected aerobic activity on changes in some cardiovascular risk factors in overweight non-athlete middle-aged women. 30 non-athlete middle-aged women (mean age 46.06 ± 6.97 years, weight 71.82 ± 9.11 kg, height 156.9 ± 5.24 cm, body mass index 29.2 ± 4.11 k/m2) voluntarily participated in this project and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group then performed aerobic exercises (continuous running with moderate intensity) for 8 weeks. Blood samples were collected before and 24 hours after the end of the research protocol to measure the levels of C-reactive protein and resistin. Independent t test was used for intergroup comparisons and paired t test was used for within-group comparisons. The results showed no significant differences between experimental and control groups in C-reactive protein (P = 0.07) and resistin (P = 0.064) after 8 weeks of selected aerobic exercise. However, there was a significant decrease in weight (P = 0.001) and body mass index (P = 0.002) of the experimental group compared to the control group. Overall, the results of the present study showed that although the 8-week exercise program improved the body composition of overweight middle-aged women, longer periods of aerobic exercise are needed to achieve better biochemical results.}, keywords = {Aerobic exercise,C-reactive protein,middle-aged women,Resistin}, title_fa = {تأثیر هشت هفته فعالیت منتخب هوازی بر تغییرات برخی عوامل خطرزای قلبی عروقی زنان میانسال غیرورزشکار دارای اضافه‌وزن}, abstract_fa = {  با افزایش اضافه‌وزن سطوح پروتئین‌های التهابی از جمله پروتئین واکنشگر  Cو رزیستین افزایش می‌یابد و متعاقب آن التهاب سیستمیک مانع از متابولیسم چربی در عضلۀ اسکلتی می‌شود و خطر بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی افزایش می‌یابد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر 8 هفته فعالیت منتخب هوازی بر تغییرات برخی عوامل خطرزای قلبی عروقی زنان میانسال غیرورزشکار دارای اضافه‌وزن انجام‌ گرفته است. 30 نفر از زنان میانسال غیرورزشکار (با میانگین سنی 97/6±05/46 سال، وزن 11/9±82/71 کیلوگرم، قد 24/5±9/156 سانتی‌متر شاخص تودۀ بدن 11/4±2/29 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) داوطلبانه در این طرح شرکت کردند و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل، تفکیک شدند. سپس گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته به تمرینات هوازی (دویدن مداوم با شدت متوسط) پرداختند. نمونه‌های خون قبل و 24 ساعت پس از پایان پروتکل تمرینی به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری سطوح پروتئین واکنشگر C و رزیستین گرفته شد. به‌منظور مقایسه‌های بین‌گروهی از آزمون t مستقل و برای مقایسه‌های درون‌گروهی از آزمون t زوجی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد تفاوت معنا‌داری بین گروه تجربی و کنترل در مقادیر پروتئین واکنشگر  C (07/0(P= و رزیستین (064/0 (P= پس از 8 هفته تمرین منتخب هوازی وجود نداشت. با این حال کاهش معنا‌داری در وزن (001/0(P=  و شاخص تودۀ بدنی (002/0(P= گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده شد. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که برنامۀ فعالیت هشت‌هفته‌ای هرچند موجب بهبود ترکیب بدنی زنان میانسال دارای اضافه‌وزن می‌شود، اما برای دستیابی به نتایج بیوشیمیایی بهتر به دوره‌های طولانی‌تری از تمرینات هوازی نیاز است.}, keywords_fa = {پروتئین واکنشگرC,تمرین هوازی,رزیستین,زنان میانسال}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_132447.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_132447_2d245255a9a7b7f0ec6b47d4c604132f.pdf} }
