The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of Pilates training and electrical stimulation on serum BDNF levels and cardiovascular fitness in addicted men to meth-amphetamine leaving.Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental study with quasi-addict men in the study population, of which 45 were randomly assigned to quit addiction camp with at least three months of training in Pilates + Electrical stimulation, exercise (Pilates) + false stimulation, only electrical stimulation and control group were divided. Pilates exercise protocol was performed for 8 weeks, three sessions per week and each session for 60 minutes. Electrical stimulation was performed using a neurostimulator. Dependent t-test was used to assess the pre-test and post-test for the dependent variables, one-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc tests to determine the significant differences between groups.Results: Cardiovascular fitness and BDNF were significantly increased in exercise + stimulation, training + false stimulation and electrical stimulation groups and also in cardiovascular fitness and control group BDNF was not significantly different in pre-test compared to post-test.Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, it can be concluded that Pilates training and electrical stimulation can be used as a factor in enhancing neurogenesis and cardiovascular fitness.}, keywords = {Pilates,electrical stimulation,Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor,cardiovascular fitness,addicted men methamphetamine}, title_fa = {تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات پیلاتس و تحریک الکتریکی بر سطوح سرمی BDNF و آمادگی قلبی و عروقی در مردان معتاد به مت‌آمفتامین در حال ترک}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه و هدف: اعتیاد یا وابستگی به مواد یکی از بزرگ‌ترین معضلات بهداشتی درمانی دنیای کنونی است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات پیلاتس و تحریک الکتریکی بر سطوح سرمی BDNF و آمادگی قلبی و عروقی مردان معتاد به مت-آمفتامین در حال ترک می‌باشد.روش اجرا: مطالعه حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی که جامعه مورد مطالعه آن مردان معتاد در حال ترک بود که 45 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی با حداقل سه ماه حضور در کمپ ترک اعتیاد در چهار گروه، تمرین (پیلاتس) + تحریک الکتریکی، تمرین (پیلاتس) + تحریک کاذب، فقط تحریک الکتریکی و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرین پیلاتس به مدت 8 هفته و سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه به مدت 60 دقیقه صورت گرفت. تحریک الکتریکی با استفاده از دستگاه نورواستریم صورت گرفت. برای بررسی تغییرات پیش‌آزمون تا پس‌آزمون متغیرهای وابسته از آزمون تی وابسته، برای تعیین تفاوت معنادار بین گروه‌‌ها از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه (آنووا) و در صورت معنا‌داری برای تعیین جایگاه تفاوت‌‌ها از آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: آمادگی قلبی و عروقی و BDNF در گروه تمرین + تحریک، تمرین + تحریک کاذب و تحریک الکتریکی افزایش معناداری داشته است و همچنین میزان آمادگی قلبی و عروقی و BDNFگروه کنترل در شرایط پیش آزمون نسبت به پس آزمون تفاوت معناداری نداشته است.نتیجه‌گیری: با استفاده ازیافته‌های مطالعه حاضر می‌توان گفت که تمرینات پیلاتس و تحریک الکتریکی می‌تواند به عنوان عامل در افزایش نورون زایی و افزایش آمادگی قلب و عروقی استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {پیلاتس,تحریک الکتریکی,فاکتور نروتروفیک مشتق مغزی,آمادگی قلب و عروقی,مردان معتادمت‌آمفتامین}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_146358.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_146358_e297e776fb95927a07bd1b405d816340.pdf} }
