The training program included three bouts 3-minute ergometer cycling with 50% watts’ maximum intensity (Wmax) with 30 seconds of rest between each bout, during 3 weeks and 3 sessions training per week. Data were analyzed with t-test and ANOVA at P≤0.05. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test Irisin levels in the occlusion (p=0.001) and without occlusion group (p=0.011), but There is no significant difference between the values of irisin pre-test and post-test, the compatibility in the control group (P<0/05). Also, there was a significant difference between PGC-1α pre-test and post-test in the occlusion (p=0.001) and without occlusion group (p=0.04), but There was no significant difference between the values of PGC-1α pre-test and post-test, the compatibility in the control group (P<0/05). According to the results of this study, it seems to that both types of training have beneficial effects on the factors involved in energy metabolism in active individuals and there is no difference between the effects of the two types of training}, keywords = {blood flow restriction,Ergometer Cycling Training,Healthy men,Irizin,Occlusion training}, title_fa = {اثر سه هفته تمرین رکاب زدن با و بدون انسداد عروق بر غلظت پلاسمایی آیریزین و PGC-1α مردان سالم}, abstract_fa = {  هدف این تحقیق، بررسی تعیین اثر سه هفته تمرین رکاب زدن با و بدون انسداد عروق بر غلظت پلاسمایی آیریزین و PGC-1α مردان سالم بود. 24 نفر از دانشجویان تربیتبدنی دانشگاه خوارزمی به‌صورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و به سه گروه (8 نفری) رکاب زدن همراه با انسداد عروق پا، رکاب زدن بدون انسداد و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامۀ تمرین شامل 3 وهلۀ سه‌دقیقه‌ای رکاب زدن با شدت 50 درصد حداکثر وات (Wmax) با 30 ثانیه استراحت بین هر وهله، به مدت 3 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه تمرین بود. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تی همبسته و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه در سطح 05/0P≤ تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد بین مقادیر آیریزین پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون سازگاری گروه انسداد (001/0=P) و بدون انسداد (011/0=P) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد، اما بین مقادیر آیریزین پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون سازگاری گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/>P). همچنین، بین مقادیر PGC-1α پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون سازگاری گروه انسداد (001/0=P) و بدون انسداد (04/0=P) تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (05/0>P)، اما بین پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون مقادیر PGC-1α سازگاری گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/> P). با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق حاضر بهنظر میرسد هر دو نوع تمرین آثار سودمندی بر عوامل درگیر در متابولیسم انرژی در افراد فعال دارند و بین اثر دو نوع تمرین تفاوتی وجود ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {آیریزین,تمرین انسدادی,رکاب زدن,محدودیت جریان خون,مردان سالم}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_60148.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_60148_8dae130345e1681a86405f4d55670cdb.pdf} }
