The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of aerobic exercise and carbon black exposure on TLR4 and TLR2 mRNA gene expression in the hippocampus of rats. 24 male Wistar rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups: A: control, B: exposure to pollution, C: exercise, D: exercise-pollution. B and D groups were exposed to PM10 carbon black for 4 weeks. The D and C groups carried out aerobic exercise program with 50% of their own maximal speed (60 minutes per session) after each session of pollution. The mRNA gene expression of TLR4 and TLR2 were analyzed in hippocampus tissue of rats by Real time – PCR. In order to determine the significance of the effect of exercise and pollution, two-way ANOVA test was used. Carbon black air pollution significantly increased TLR4 (P=0.005) and TLR2 (P=0.033) mRNA gene expression. The exercise had no significant effect on the mRNA gene expression of TLR4 (P=0.137) and TLR2 (P=0.113). The exercise following an exposure to polluted air had no significant effect on mRNA gene expression of TLR4 (P=0.063) and TLR2 (P=0.867) in hippocampus tissue of male rats. Also, the exercise was associated with a significant decrease in body mass in carbon black exposed groups. It seems that aerobic exercise reduces TLR4 and TLR2 in hippocampus tissue of rats after an exposure to polluted air and may be able to moderate the neuroinflammatory effects resulted from pollution.}, keywords = {Aerobic exercise,Air pollution,TLR4,TLR2}, title_fa = {تأثیر تمرین هوازی پس از قرارگیری در معرض هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه بر بیان ژن TLR4 و TLR2 در بافت هیپوکمپ مغز موش‌های صحرایی}, abstract_fa = {قرارگیری در هوای آلوده بر سیستم عصبی مرکزی تأثیرگذار است و به التهاب و تخریب عصبی منجر می‌شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی و هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه بر بیان mRNA ژن گیرندۀ شبه تول 2و 4 (TLR4 و TLR2 ) در هیپوکمپ مغز موش‌ها بود. 24 سر موش نر نژاد ویستار به‌طور تصادفی در چهار گروه الف) کنترل، ب) آلودگی، ج) تمرین و د) تمرین- آلودگی قرار گرفتند. موش‌های گروه‌های ب و د به مدت چهار هفته در معرض ذرات قرار گرفتند. پس از هر جلسه آلودگی، گروه دو ج به اجرای برنامۀ تمرین هوازی با 50 درصد سرعت بیشینۀ خود (60 دقیقه در هر جلسه) پرداختند. با استفاده از روش Real time-Pcr بیان mRNA ژن‌های TLR4و TLR2در بافت‌ هیپوکمپ مغز موش‌ها ارزیابی شد. برای تعیین معنادار بودن تأثیر تمرین و آلودگی از تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه استفاده شد. هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه به افزایش معنا‌داری در بیان mRNA ژن‌های TLR4 (005/0=P) و TLR2(033/.=P) منجر شد. تمرین تأثیر معناداری بر بیان  mRNAژن TLR4(137/0=P) و TLR2 (113/0=P) نداشت و تمرین به‌دنبال قرارگیری در معرض هوای آلوده تأثیر معناداری بر بیان  mRNAژن‌های TLR4 (063/0=P) و TLR2(867/0=P) در بافت هیپوکمپ موش‌های صحرایی نر نداشت. همچنین، تمرین با کاهش معنا‌دار تودۀ بدن در گروه‌های در معرض ذرات کربن سیاه همراه شد. به‌نظر می‌رسد تمرین هوازی سبب تنظیم کاهشی TLR4 و TLR2 در هیپوکمپ مغز موش‌ها پس از قرارگیری در معرض هوای آلوده می‌شود و شاید بتواند آثار التهاب عصبی ناشی از آلودگی را تعدیل کند.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی هوا,تمرین هوازی,گیرندۀ شبه تول 2و 4}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_63342.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_63342_5c3d471230eb35180883727cee3cee38.pdf} }
