Many women with breast cancer report impairments in upper extremity function after the time required for improvement after breast cancer treatment. It is not possible to know precisely if cancer adjuvant therapies such as radiation and chemotherapy have any effects on the unaffected arm. The aim of this study was subjective report on strength of women with breast cancer.  Therefore, 33 postmenopausal women (51±6.46 yr) with breast cancer who completed the surgery, received chemotherapy and radiation therapy on average five years ago and 30 healthy postmenopausal women (53.26±5.05 yr) were selected. Strength was measured using a hand held dynamometer for flexion, horizontal adduction, internal and external rotations of shoulder, scapular abduction and upward rotation, scapular depression and adduction. Data were analyzed by MANOVA (P≤ 0.05). The findings indicated significant differences between the groups in six variables of shoulder girdle strength (shoulder flexion, internal rotation, external rotation, shoulder horizontal adduction, scapular abduction and upward rotation, scapular depression and adduction) and the strength reduction was respectively %74.1, %65.3, %75.5, % 63.9, %61.3, %74.8 in patients compared to healthy subjects. The results indicated the importance of evaluating the shoulder girdle strength in women with breast cancer. Based on these findings, years after treatment, decreased shoulder girdle strength is found in these patients, health care professionals need to focus on these special shoulder girdle strength factors during the treatment and designing training and rehabilitation programs for women with breast cancer.}, keywords = {breast cancer,upper body function,menopause,shoulder girdle,Chemotherapy,radiotherapy,lymph node}, title_fa = {قدرت عضلانی زنان یائسه مبتلا به سرطان پستان}, abstract_fa = {قدرت لازمه عملکرد طبیعی بالاتنه می باشد. بسیاری از زنان مبتلا به  سرطان پستان، پس از گذشت زمان مورد نیاز برای بهبود بعد از درمان سرطان پستان، نقصهای عملکردی را در بالاتنه، گزارش می کنند. دانستن این که آیا درمان کمکی سرطان مانند پرتو و شیمی درمانی هر نوع تاثیری بر بازوی غیرمبتلا دارد  به طور دقیق ممکن نیست. از این رو هدف این پژوهش گزارش عینیاز قدرت زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود. بدین منظور  تعداد 33 زن یائسه مبتلا به سرطان پستان با (46/6 ± 51 سال) که به طور متوسط 5 سال قبل جراحی را به اتمام رسانده، شیمی درمانی و پرتودرمانی دریافت کرده بودند، و 30 زن یائسه سالم با (05/5 ± 26/53 سال) انتخاب شدند. قدرت با استفاده از دینامومتر دستی برای فلکشن، آدداکشن افقی، چرخش داخلی و خارجی شانه، آبداکشن و چرخش بالائی، دپرشن و آدداکشن کتفی اندازه گیری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون Manova انجام شد (05/0 ≥P) . یافته های پژوهش حاکی از تفاوت معنی دار شش متغیر قدرت کمربند شانه (فلکشن، چرخش داخلی، چرخش خارجی، آدداکشن افقی شانه، آبداکشن و چرخش بالائی، دپرشن و آدداکشن کتف) میان گروه ها و کاهش قدرت به ترتیب 1/74 درصد، 3/65 درصد، 5/75 درصد، 9/63درصد، 3/61 درصد، 8/74 درصد افراد بیمار نسبت به افراد سالم بود. نتایج نشانگر اهمیت ارزیابی قدرت کمربند شانه درافراد مبتلا به سرطان پستان می باشد. بر مبنای یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، از آنجا که سال ها پس از درمان نیز کاهش در قدرت کمربند شانه این بیماران مشاهده می شود متخصصان امور سلامت، به هنگام درمان و طراحی برنامه های تمرینی و توانبخشی برای زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان باید روی این اندازه های ویژه قدرت کمربند شانه دقت نمایند.}, keywords_fa = {سرطان سینه,عملکرد بالاتنه,یائسگی,کمربند شانه,شیمی درمانی,پرتودرمانی,گره لنفاوی}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_66521.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_66521_2d0e6b14122733da2f7fec3a6ce7036b.pdf} }
