For this purpose, 20 male 10-week-old male rats (weight 20±220 gr) were selected. Type 2 diabetes was induced intraperitoneally by the injection of nicotinamide-streptozotocin and then were randomly divided into two groups of aerobic exercise and control. The aerobic exercise program was performed for 12 weeks, 5 sessions a week, 10-50 minutes per session and speed of 18-26 meter/minute. Fasting glucose, serum insulin and HNF-4α gene expression in the liver tissue were measured in both groups after the last exercise session and compared by independent t test. The results showed that aerobic exercise significantly decreased fasting glucose (P=0.001), insulin resistance (P=0.044) and significantly increased insulin (P=0.019). Also, the expression of HNF-4α after aerobic exercise significantly decreased in comparison with the control group (P=0.007). Based on these findings, aerobic exercise is likely to reduce the liver HNF-4α gene expression of type 2 diabetic rats by increasing serum insulin. Thus, reduced expression of this gene through the effect of aerobic exercise and thereby reduced production of liver glucose may be one of the mechanisms of the effect of exercise in people with type 2 diabetes.}, keywords = {Aerobic exercise,HNF-4α Gene Expression,Type 2 diabetes}, title_fa = {تأثیر تمرین هوازی بر بیان ژن عامل هسته‌ای کبدی( HNF-4α )و مقاومت به انسولین در رت‌های دیابتی نوع 2}, abstract_fa = {  هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی بر بیان ژن عامل هستهای کبدی ( HNF-4α)، گلوکز، انسولین و مقاومت به انسولین در رت‌های دیابتی نوع دو بود. بدین‌منظور تعداد 20 سر رت نر 10 هفتهای با وزن 20±220 گرم (در ابتدا) انتخاب و با تزریق درون‌صفاقی نیکوتین آمید-استرپتوزوسین دیابتی نوع دو شدند و به شیوۀ تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین هوازی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامۀ تمرین هوازی به مدت 12 هفته و هر هفته 5 جلسه با زمان 10 تا 50 دقیقه و سرعت 18 تا 26 متر در دقیقه بود. گلوکز ناشتا، انسولین سرم و بیان ژن HNF-4α در بافت کبد هر دو گروه پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرین اندازهگیری و توسط آزمون تی مستقل با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات هوازی به کاهش معنادار گلوکز ناشتا (001/0=P)، مقاومت به انسولین (044/0=P) و افزایش معنادار انسولین (019/0=P) منجر شد. همچنین، بیان HNF-4α پس از تمرین هوازی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری داشت (007/0=P). براساس یافتههای موجود، احتمالاً تمرین هوازی میتواند با افزایش انسولین سرم بیان ژن HNF-4α کبد رتهای دیابتی نوع دو را کاهش دهد. ازاین‌رو با کاهش بیان این ژن در اثر تمرین هوازی و به‌تبع آن کاهش گلوکز تولیدی کبد، ممکن است که یکی از مکانیسمهای اثر فعالیت ورزشی در افراد دیابت نوع دو باشد.}, keywords_fa = {بیان ژن HNF-4α,تمرین هوازی,دیابت نوع دو}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_80648.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_80648_b81a9f7877d430911c6ffe6df33a8ad2.pdf} }
