On the other hand, FIFA research results provide compelling reasons for promoting soccer as an exercise that has improved health as well as social behavior. The present study intended to investigate the effect of 6 weeks of SSGs on some health indicators and telomere length in men aged between 35 and 41. In this semi-experimental study, the statistical population consisted of men aged between 35 and 41 in 2 groups: control (n=8) and experimental (n=10). The subjects played soccer according to the exercise protocol for six weeks, two 45-minute sessions per week. To check the intergroup data, independent sample t test was used and paired sample t test with SPSS 25 was applied for within-group data at significance level of P<0.05. Real Time PCR was used to measure the telomere length; the fat percentage was measured by the caliper and the VO2max by the Rockport Field Test. The results indicated that there was a significant change in the fat percentage and VO2max following 6 weeks of SSGs while no significant changes were observed in the BMI, telomere length and weight. It can be cautiously concluded that 6 weeks of SSGs improves health in men aged between 35 and 41 by affecting their fat percentage and VO2max and does not have an effect on their telomere length.}, keywords = {Fat Percentage,VO2max,SSGs,Telomere Length,Men Aged between 35 and 41}, title_fa = {تأثیر شش هفته بازی فوتبال در زمین‌های کوچک در برخی شاخص‌های وابسته به سلامت و طول تلومر مردان 35 تا 41 ساله}, abstract_fa = {اصلی‌ترین مشکل کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و توسعه‌نیافته در بخش سلامت عمومی، نداشتن فعالیت بدنی است. از طرفی نتایج پژوهش‌های فیفا دلایل قانع‌کننده‌ای برای ارتقای مستمر فوتبال به‌عنوان یک فعالیت ورزشی ارائه می‌کند که سبب افزایش سلامت و بهبود رفتار اجتماعی شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر شش هفته بازی فوتبال در زمین‌های کوچک در برخی شاخص‌های وابسته به سلامت و طول تلومر مردان 35 تا 41 ساله بود.پژوهشحاضر نیمه تجربی‌استو جامعۀآماریآنرامردان35تا41ساله تشکیلداده‌اند که در دو گروه کنترل 8 نفر و گروه تمرین 10 نفر، مطابق با پروتکل تمرینی به مدت شش هفته و در هر هفته دو جلسة 45 دقیقه‌ای به بازی فوتبال پرداختند. برای بررسی وضعیت بین‌گروهی داده‌ها از آزمون آماری t گروه‌های مستقل و درون‌گروهی از t همبسته با نرم‌افزار 25 SPSS در سطح معناداری 05/0P< استفاده شد. برای سنجش طول تلومر از روش Real Time PCR ، درصد چربی از کالیپر و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی از آزمون میدانی راکپورت استفاده شد. پس از شش هفته بازی فوتبال در زمین‌های کوچک درصد چربی و max2VO تغییر معناداری کرد و در BMI ، طول تلومر و وزن آزمودنی‌ها تغییر معناداری مشاهده نشد. با احتیاط می‌توان گفت شش هفته SSGs با تأثیر بر درصد چربی و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی سبب ارتقای سلامت افراد 35 تا 41 ساله می‌شود و بر طول تلومر آنها تأثیری ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {درصد چربی,طول تلومر,مردان 35 تا41 ساله,max2VO,SSGs}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_89882.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_89882_48342029555bd5bcf1eaed20b70279b4.pdf} }
