Researchers are trying to find out whether Quercetin supplement consumption can be beneficial to preventing atrophy during sedentary period. In this study, 30 male rats (age=2 months old, weight=295±11.80 g, Sprague-Dawley) were selected. They were assigned to 2 groups: control (n=6) and training (n=24). Interval training with the intensity of 16 m started in the first week and reached the speed of 30 m/min. in the eighth week. Then, the rats of the control group and 6 rats of the training group were killed. Then, the rest of training group (n=18) were randomly divided into 3 groups: detraining, sedentation and sedentation-Quercetin supplement. Sedentary groups became inactive for 14 days and Quercetin supplement group was fed with Quercetin (400 mg/day) during this period. After these 14 days, they were killed and the amount of the PGC-1α gene expression of their soleus muscle was measured. The mean weight of the rats was higher than the control and the other two groups (detraining and sedentation) (P=0.001). On the other hand, after 14 days, the sedentation-Quercetin group had the highest whereas the sedentation group had the lowest amount of PGC-1α gene expression (P=0.004). The results of the changes showed that the minimum reduction in the muscle weight and gene expression of the PGC1α during sedentary period can be expected by consuming Quercetin supplement.}, keywords = {Sedentation,Active Rats,Quercetin Supplement,PGC1α}, title_fa = {تأثیر یک دوره مصرف مکمل کوئرستین بر بیان ژن 1PGC- در دوران بی‌تحرکی در رت‌های فعال بعد از یک دوره تمرین HIIT}, abstract_fa = {  هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین اثر مکمل کوئرستین در دوران بی‌تحرکی بر مسیر سیگنالینگ 1PGC- است. همچنین محققان در پی پاسخگویی به این پرسش هستند که آیا مصرف مکمل کوئرستین، می‌تواند در پیشگیری از آتروفی در دوران بی‌تحرکی مفید باشد؟ در این پژوهش، 30 سر موش نر صحرایی 2 ماهه نژاد اسپراگ‌داولی (وزن=80/11±295 گرم) انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه کنترل (6n=) و تمرین (24n=) قرار گرفتند. تمرین تناوبی با شدت 16 متر در هفتۀ اول آغاز شد و در هفتۀ هشتم به‌ سرعت 30 متر در دقیقه رسید. پس ‌از آن، رت‌های گروه کنترل و 6 رت از گروه تمرین کشته شدند. سپس مابقی گروه تمرین (18n=) به‌صورت تصادفی به سه گروه (بی‌تمرینی، بی‌تحرکی و بی‌تحرکی همراه با مصرف مکمل کوئرستین) تقسیم شدند. سپس گروه‌های بی‌تحرک به مدت 14 روز بی‌حرکت شدند و در این دوران به گروه مکمل، مکمل کوئرستین با دوز 400 میلی‌گرم در روز خورانده می‌شد. پس از اتمام دورۀ 14 روزه، رت‌ها کشته شدند و میزان بیان ژن PGC-1 عضلات نعلی آزمودنی‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد. میانگین وزنی رت‌ها نسبت به گروه کنترل و دو گروه دیگر (بی‌تمرین و بی‌تحرک) بیشتر بود (001/0 = P). از طرف دیگر، پس از 14 روز، میزان بیان ژن PGC1α در گروه بی‌تحرک همراه با مصرف کوئرستین بیشترین سطح و در گروه بی‌تحرک کمترین سطح بیان ژنی را داشت (004/0P= ). نتایج تغییرات نشان داد با مصرف مکمل کوئرستین، می‌توان انتظار حداقلی کاهش در وزن عضله و بیان ژنی PGC1 در بی‌تحرکی را داشت.}, keywords_fa = {بی‌تحرکی,رت‌های فعال,مکمل کوئرستین,PGC-1α}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_97212.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_97212_76ddf9bd1371cfd7a700143865ca90d8.pdf} }
