برآورد مدل رشد اقتصادی صنعت ورزش ایران
ورزش از ابزارهای تأثیرگذار در هدایت نیروهای اجتماعی برای تحقق توسعة پایدار، بهویژه در جوامع با رشد جمعیت زیاد است. ورزش نهتنها کمترین هزینه را در مقابل سایر هزینههای مدیریتی به خود اختصاص میدهد، بلکه توان ایجاد ارزش افزودة بیشتری نسبت به سایر عوامل دارد. هدف تحقیق حاضر، برآورد مدل رشد اقتصادی صنعت ورزش ایران با استفاده از الگوی خودتوضیح با وقفة گسترده برای دوة زمانی (1391-1353) بود. بدینمنظور، روش اقتصادسنجی با استفاده از دادههای مربوط به ارزشافزودة بخش ورزش، اندازة دولت، موجودی سرمایة بخش ورزش، نیروی فعال بخش ورزش، تکنولوژی و پسانداز اجرا شد. نتایج برآورد مدل نشان داد تمامی متغیرهای تحقیق در کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رشد اقتصادی صنعت ورزش ایران دارند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد منابع انسانی بخش ورزش در کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت بیشترین تأثیر را بر رشد اقتصادی صنعت ورزش ایران دارد. بنابراین بهمنظور رشد اقتصادی صنعت ورزش، بهتر است سرمایهگذاری در بخش منابع انسانی صورت گیرد.

اثر تمرینات ترکیبی در منزل بر ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی جانبازان و ارتباط آن با چاقی شکمی
شناخت آسیبهای ناشی از جنگ و عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت زندگی در طراحی برنامۀ تمرینی هدفمند نقش کلیدی ایفا میکند. هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر اثربخشی تمرینات ترکیبی در منزل بر روی ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی و همچنین ارتباط آن با شاخصهای چاقی شکمی و عملکردی جانبازان است. به این منظور120 جانباز مازندرانی از مناطق سهگانۀ استان با رعایت برخی معیارها، بهصورت تصادفی به گروههای تمرین و کنترل تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرین هوازی-مقاومتی به مدت 8 هفته، 6جلسه در هفته با رعایت اصل اضافهبار در منزل اجرا شد. کیفیت زندگی از طریق پرسشنامۀ SF36 و شاخصهای چاقی شکمی (BMI، WHtR، WHR، SBSI، BSA، BAI) و عملکردی (قدرت بالاتنه، پایینتنه و VO2peak) با روشهای استاندارد در ابتدا و انتهای دورۀ تمرینی ارزیابی شد. برای بررسی متغیرهای از آزمونهای آنوا، t تست و همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.برنامۀ تمرینی موجب بهبود معنادار شاخصهای چاقی شکمی و عملکردی آزمودنیها شد (001/0p˂)، اما در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، این تفاوت فقط در مؤلفههای عملکرد جسمی، عملکرد اجتماعی و سلامت روحی -روانی کیفیت زندگی و VO2peak معنادار بود (001/0p˂). بهعلاوه، ارتباط معنادار فقط بین مؤلفههای تام جسمانی با مقادیر تام و هریک از مؤلفههای سلامت روانی دیده شد (001/0p˂). نتایج نشان داد استفاده از تمرینات ترکیبی در منزل بهویژه در بخش توانبخشی جانبازان به بهبود ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی، افزایش قدرت عضلانی و بهبود ترکیب بدنی در جانبازان منجر میشود.

بررسی تأثیر شرایط مسابقهای بر تبلیغات محیطی در لیگ برتر فوتبال
از میان ورزشها فوتبال با پشت سر گذاشتن تغییرهای فراوان، از حالت ورزش ساده به تجارت مبدل شده و توجه شرکتها و سازمانها را برای تبلیغ به خود جلب کرده است. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر اهمیت دیدار، شدت هواداری و هیجان دیدار بر تبلیغات محیطی و همچنین بررسی اولویتهای توجه افراد به انواع تبلیغات در لیگ برتر فوتبال پرداخت. پـژوهش حاضـر از نظـر هدف، کاربردی و براساس روش گردآوری دادهها از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعة آماری پژوهش، تمامی تماشاگران مسابقات لیگ برتر فوتبال بودند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 384 نفر بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامة محققساختهای که به تأیید 7 تن از استادان مدیریت ورزشی رسیده بود و روایی سازة آن با تحلیل عاملی مرتبة اول و پایایی آن براساس آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیر انواع تبلیغات 71/0، و برای شرایط مسابقهای 86/0 بهدست آمد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و برازش مدل تحقیق با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS(20) و Lisrel8/8 از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی (CFA) و آزمونهای مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده شد. براساس نتایج تحقیق تماشاگران به تبلیغات تلویزیونی، بیشترین و به تبلیغات محیطی کمترین توجه را داشتند. همچنین هیجان دیدار، اهمیت دیدار و شدت هواداری بهترتیب بر تبلیغات محیطی لیگ برتر فوتبال تأثیر مثبت و مستقیم داشتند.

اثر یک دوره آبدرمانی بر میزان سروتونین سرم کودکان دارای اوتیسم
آبدرمانی بر رفتارهای افراد دارای اوتیسم اثر مثبت دارد. همچنین براساس نتایج تحقیقات افراد دارای اوتیسم دچار نقص در سروتونین هستند. این پژوهش با هدف تأثیر یک دوره آبدرمانی بر میزان سروتونین سرم کودکان دارای اوتیسم انجام گرفته است. این تحقیق از نوع نیمهتجربی و کاربردی است. در این پژوهش از طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با گروه کنترل استفاده شده است. تعداد 32 کودک دارای اوتیسم بهعنوان نمونه با توجه به متغیرهای کنترل به شیوة تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (16 نفر) و تجربی (16 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامۀ مداخلۀ آبدرمانی با اصول هالی ویک به مدت 8 هفته و 3 جلسه در هفته و به مدت 60 دقیقه انجام گرفت. خونگیری بهمنظور اندازهگیری سطح سروتونین سرم قبل و بعد از 8 هفته مداخله انجام گرفت. براساس نتایج آزمون کوواریانس، بین میزان سروتونین در گروه کنترل و تجربی در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0≤P) البته میزان کاهش سروتونین در گروه تجربی بیشتر از گروه کنترل دیده شد. با توجه به نتایج میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آبدرمانی موجب کاهش میزان سروتونین سرم خون در افراد دارای اوتیسم میشود، بدینمعنا که با کاهش سطح سروتونین سرم میزان جذب سروتونین در بدن افزایش یافته است.

نقش استراتژیک تعهد عاطفی در رابطۀ بین سرمایۀ روانشناختی و نگهداشت منابع انسانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش عراق
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش میانجی تعهد عاطفی در رابطۀ بین سرمایۀ روانشناختی و نگهداشت کارکنان وزارت ورزش عراق است. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش تمامی کارمندان وزارت ورزش در سال 1397 بودند. برای گزینش نمونۀ آماری با استفاده از روش تصادفی، با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 300 نفر از 1286 کارمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامۀ سرمایۀ روانشناختی لوتانز و همکاران (2007)، پرسشنامۀ سنجش تعهد عاطفی آلن و می یر (1991) و نگهداشت منابع کینت و همکاران (2009) استفاده شد. روایی (محتوا، همگرا و واگرا) و پایایی (بار عاملی، ضریب پایایی مرکب، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) پرسشنامهها حاکی از آن بود که ابزارهای اندازهگیری از روایی و پایایی خوبی برخوردارند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیهها بهوسیلۀ نرمافزار SMART-PLS و با استفاده از آمارۀ آزمون t و ضرایب مسیر (β) نشان داد که سرمایۀ روانشناختی بر نگهداشت منابع تأثیر معنادار و ضعیف و بر تعهد عاطفی کارکنان وزارت ورزش عراق، تأثیر قوی و معناداری دارد و تعهد عاطفی میتواند نقش میانجیگری را در رابطۀ بین سرمایۀ روانشناختی و نگهداشت کارکنان ایفا کند. در نهایت با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش میتوان گفت که در وزارت ورزش عراق نیاز به تقویت سرمایۀ روانشناختی مدیران و کارکنان وجود دارد تا بتوان برای پیشبرد اهداف و نگهداری کارکنان به موفقیت رسید.

اثر تمرینات تناوبی و تداومی بر بیان ژنهای کبدی مربوط به انتقال معکوس کلسترول
دفع کلسترول اضافی از کبد به روده با فعالیت پروتئینهایی چون LXRα، LXRβ، RXRα، ABCG5 و ABCG8 صورت میگیرد که در پیشگیری از آتروسکلروز مؤثر است. در این تحقیق تأثیر تمرینات کمشدت تداومی (LIT) و پرشدت تناوبی (HIT) بر بیان ژنهای این مواد در رتهای نر ویستار پس از رژیم پرچرب بررسی شده است. پژوهش حاضر در دو مرحلة چاق کردن (13 هفته) و سپس تمرین (12 هفته) انجام گرفت. گروهها در مرحلة تمرین شامل کنترل، تمرین HIT و تمرین LIT بودند. در پایان تمرینات میزان بیان ژن متغیرهای وابسته بررسی شد. تجزیهوتحلیل یافتهها نشان داد که میزان بیان ژن همة متغیرها بهغیر از ABCG8 در گروههای تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل بهطور معناداری بیشتر بود (05/0P≤). در مورد ABCG8 بهغیر از تفاوت غیرمعنادار گروههای کنترل با تمرین LIT (P>0.05)، تفاوت بقیة گروهها معنادار بود (05/0P≤). بهطور کلی تمرینات HIT و LIT تأثیر مطلوبی بر بیان ژنهای کبدی مربوط به انتقال معکوس کلسترول میگذارند و تأثیر تمرینات HIT بیشتر از LIT است.

آزمون مدل مفهومی ارتباط علّی ویژگیهای شخصیتی با قصد مصرف تماشاگران ورزشی لیگ برتر فوتبال در ایران
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، آزمون مدل مفهومی ارتباط علی بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی با قصد مصرف تماشاگران ورزشی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران است. 390 نفر از تماشاگران بازیهای سه تیم استقلال تهران، پیروزی تهران و تراکتورسازی تبریز بهصورت تصادفی طبقهای پرسشنامۀ ویژگیهای شخصیتی کاستا و مک کری (1992) و قصد مصرف تماشاگران جماعت (1394) را بهصورت داوطلبانه تکمیل کردند. یافتهها نشان داد که بین ویژگی شخصیتی رواننژندی با قصد مصرف تماشاگران لیگ برتر فوتبال (89/0 = P، 14/0= t) و ویژگی شخصیتی توافقپذیری با قصد مصرف تماشاگران لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران رابطۀ علی معناداری وجود ندارد (86/0 = P، 17/0= t)؛ بین ویژگی شخصیتی برونگرایی با قصد مصرف تماشاگران لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران رابطۀ علی مثبت معناداری وجود دارد (001/0 = P، 74/4= t)؛ بین ویژگی شخصیتی اشتیاق به تجارب تازه با قصد مصرف تماشاگران لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران رابطۀ علی منفی معناداری وجود دارد (002/0 = P، 14/3- = t)؛ بین ویژگی شخصیتی وظیفهشناسی با قصد مصرف تماشاگران لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران رابطۀ علی منفی معناداری وجود دارد (001/0 = P، 44/3- = t).

اثر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر پروتئین واکنشدهندۀ C و نیمرخ چربی مردان مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال
هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی اثر 8 هفته تمرین هوازی بر پروتئین واکنشدهندۀ C و نیمرخ چربی مردان مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال بود. بدینمنظور، 27 مرد مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال، با میانگین سن 28/11± 56/51 سال، قد 07/0± 71/1متر، وزن 03/12±69/69 کیلوگرم و شاخص تودۀ بدنی 67/3±67/23 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع، بهعنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شدند. آزمودنیها به دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (12 نفر) تقسیم شدند. در ابتدای پژوهش از آنان درخواست شد تا پرسشنامۀ آمادگی شرکت در فعالیت بدنی (PAR-Q) را کامل کنند. برنامۀ فعالیت ورزشی شامل 8 هفته تمرین هوازی 3 جلسه در هفته به مدت 45 دقیقه و با شدت 60-50 درصد ضربان قلب هدف انجام گرفت. برای توصیف دادهها مانند میانگین و انحراف معیار از آمار توصیفی و برای تحلیل آماری دادهها، از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد (05/0 α≤). نتایج نشان داد، 8 هفته تمرین هوازی بر میزان CRP (251/99F= و000/0P=)، BMI (25/11F= و02/0P=)، کلسترول (95/6F= و 015/0P=) و VO2peak (56/16F= و 02/0 P=) اثر معنادار دارد. اما بر LDL،HDL و TG اثر معنادار نداشت (05/0P≤). در کل، 8 هفته فعالیت ورزشی هوازی با شدت متوسط میتواند CRP و کلسترول را در مردان مبتلا به سرطان کولورکتال کاهش و VO2peak را در این افراد افزایش دهد.

اکتشاف کیفی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ نهضت داوطلبی در ورزش همگانی شهر تهران
پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ نهضت داوطلبی در ورزش همگانی تهران را کشف کند. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع کیفی است. جامعۀ مورد بررسی کارشناسان تربیت بدنی مناطق 22گانۀ شهرداری تهران بودند. نمونۀ مورد بررسی بهصورت تصادفی و تا رسیدن دادهها به اشباع نظری انتخاب شد. بخشی از نمونۀ مورد بررسی تحلیل محتوای تحقیقات انجامپذیرفته را شامل میشد. برای کدگذاری از نرمافزار MAXQDA 11 استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق گویههای هریک از عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی را تبیین کرد؛ بهطوریکه برای عامل اقتصادی 7 طبقة فرعی یا گویه، عامل فرهنگی 14 طبقة فرعی یا گویه، و برای عامل اجتماعی 11 طبقة فرعی یا گویه اکتشاف شد. با توجه به خلأ تحقیقی در بررسی این عوامل، تحقیق حاضر در این مورد بدیع و تازه است. ازاینرو برای شناسایی ابعاد دقیق و بهمنظور افزایش دقت تحقیق مستلزم تحقیقات بیشتر است.

فعالیت ورزشی هوازی در برابر فلوکستین: تأثیر بر افسردگی و گیرندههای موسکارینی M2 قلبی در رتهای ویستار
قرار گرفتن طولانیمدت در معرض افسردگی قلب را دچار نارسایی میکند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر فعالیت استقامتی هوازی و مصرف داروی فلوکستین بر افسردگی و گیرندههای موسکارینی M2 قلبی در رتهای ویستار بود. در این پژوهش تجربی، 56 سر رت سهماهة نژاد ویستار با میانگین وزن 15±220 گرم به 7 گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین 4هفته تمرین استقامتی با سرعت 20 متر در دقیقه که معادل 65 تا 80 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی بود، به مدت 45 دقیقه در روز شش روز در هفته، روی نوار گردان انجام دادند. به گروه فلوکستین مقدار 5 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم وزن فلوکستین خورانده شد. برای افسرده کردن رتها از روش تزریق درونصفاقی لیپوپلی ساکارید استفاده شد. نتایج با استفاده از روشt مستقل و همبسته و تحلیل واریانس آنوا در سطح معناداری 05/0P< استخراج شد. سطح افسردگی در گروه افسرده-فلوکستین تغییر معناداری نداشت (01/0P =)، سطح افسردگی در گروه تمرین-افسرده تفاوت معناداری داشت (05/0P<). بین میانگین تراکم گیرندههای موسکارینی M2 در گروههای تمرین و تمرین-فلوکستین با گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (08/0P =)، بین میانگین گروههای تمرین-افسرده، فلوکستین-افسرده، افسرده و تمرین-افسرده-فلوکستین تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (01/0P =). افسردگی درماننشده موجب بدتر شدن علائم افسردگی میشود. افسردگی موجب ایجاد تغییرات معنادار تراکم گیرندههای موسکارینی M2 در قلب رتها میشود، تمرین و مصرف همزمان داروی فلوکستین مانع از تغییرات معنادار در میانگین تراکم گیرندههای موسکارینی M2 در قلب رتهای افسرد میشود.

طراحی مدل معادلات ساختاری نقش عملکرد تیم ملی بر بروز مؤلفههای هویت ملی دانشجویان
ورزش در دنیای امروز بهعنوان یکی از عناصر سازندۀ هویت، از جایگاه مهمی برخوردار است که توجه جامعهشناسان و مدیران ورزشی را به خود جلب کرده است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ محققساخته، عملکرد کلی تیم ارزیابی و از طریق پرسشنامۀ هویت ملی باگدانو (2011) و پرسشنامۀ محققساخته میزان تماشای مسابقات ورزشی، مدل عملکرد تیم ملی بر مؤلفههای هویت ملی دانشجویان سنجش شد. پس از تأیید روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامهها با استفاده از نظر استادان، پایایی پرسشنامههای عملکرد تیم ملی و هویت ملی با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ بهترتیب 72/0 و 91/0 بهدست آمد و تأیید شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش تمامی دانشجویان کشور بودند که 317 نفر از طریق روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای از بین دانشگاههای کشور بهعنوان نمونۀ تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد که نتایج حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد تیم ملی بر تمامی ابعاد هویت ملی (آگاهی شناختی، ارزیابی عمومی و ارزیابی شخصی، استقلال، مشارکت رفتاری و پیوند با خود) اثر دارد که در این بین عملکرد تیم ملی بیشترین تأثیر را بر عامل ارزیابی عمومی و کمترین تأثیر را بر عامل آگاهی شناختی گذاشته بود. بنابراین، ضروری است تا به مقولۀ عملکرد تیمهای ملی بهعنوان عامل مهم اثرگذار بر هویت ملی توجه ویژهای صورت پذیرد.

تأثیر یک دوره برنامۀ توانبخشی ورزشی جامع بر سطوح نروترفین-3 مردان بیمار مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس با سطوح مختلف ناتوانی
مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) یک بیماری مزمن و ناتوانکنندۀ سیستم عصبی است که میلین سیستم اعصاب مرکزی را تخریب میکند. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر یک دوره برنامۀ توانبخشی ورزشی بر سطوح نروتروفین-3 (NT-3) بیماران مبتلا به MS با سطوح مختلف ناتوانی است. بدینمنظور 96 بیمار مبتلا به MS انتخاب و براساس نمرۀ مقیاس ناتوانی جسمانی به سه گروه 44=A1 (نمرة کمتر از 5/4)، 26=A2 (نمرۀ بین 5 تا 5/6) و 26=A3 (نمره 5/6 به بالا) تقسیم شدند. سپس هر کدام از گروهها بهطور تصادفی به دو زیرگروه مساوی کنترل و تجربی تقسیم شدند که در مجموع سه زیرگروه تجربی و سه زیرگروه کنترل ایجاد شد. گروههای تجربی جلسهای یک ساعت، 3 جلسه در هفته و به مدت 12 هفته تمرینات منتخب (برنامة تمرینی پیلاتس، کششی PNF، هوازی و قدرتی) را اجرا کردند. گروههای کنترل تنها تمرینات کششی انجام دادند. عوامل ترکیب بدنی و سطوح NT-3 قبل و بعد از تمرینات اندازهگیری شد. سطح معناداری 05/0˂P درنظر گرفته شد. نتایج آزمون ANCOVA نشان داد که اگرچه بین سطوح NT-3 زیرگروه تجربی و کنترل گروه A3 تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد، بین زیرگروههای تجربی و کنترل گروههای A1وA2 تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از وجود تفاوت معنادار بین گروههای تجربی و کنترل در عوامل درصد چربی و شاخص تودة بدنی بود. براساس یافتههای تحقیق حاضر میتوان گفت که احتمالاً تمرینات ورزشی منتخب میتوانند علاوهبر بهبود وضعیت ترکیب بدنی بیماران MS، موجب افزایش سطوح NT-3 و بهبود شکلپذیری سیستم عصبی مرکزی و بازسازی نخاع و عضله این بیماران شوند.

بررسی نقش بار کاری بر بروز فرسودگی در بین روزنامهنگاران ورزشی
پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور بررسی وضعیت فرسودگی در بین روزنامهنگاران ورزشی کشور و همچنین مطالعۀ نقش بار کاری بر روی بروز فرسودگی شغلی انجام پذیرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بود که بهصورت میدانی انجام پذیرفت. این مطالعه در زمستان 1396، و در بین جامعۀ روزنامهنگاران ورزشی شامل نویسندگان، کارمندان دفتری، ویراستاران و عکاسان ورزشی صورت پذیرفت. به منظور جمعآوری اطلاعات، از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. در این پژوهش از نسخۀ عمومی فرسودگی شغلی ماسلاش (MBI-GS) و دو زیرمقیاس اصلی این ابزار یعنی فرسودگی عاطفی و بدبینی برای سنجش فرسودگی روزنامهنگاران ورزشی استفاده شد. همچنین برای سنجش بار کاری روزنامهنگاران ورزشی، از پرسشنامۀ لیو و لو (2018)، استفاده شد. بهمنظور سنجش پایایی ابزار پژوهش از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که برای پرسشنامۀ فرسودگی 85/0 و برای پرسشنامۀ بار کاری 89/0 بهدست آمد. بهعلاوه، روایی ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش نیز توسط پنج تن از استادان مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه تأیید شد. در نهایت، تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامههای برگشتدادهشده (287 پرسشنامه)، با بهرهگیری از نسخۀ 22 نرمافزار SPSS و Lisrel 8.50 صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که روزنامهنگاران ورزشی کشور به لحاظ فرسودگی در سطح متوسطی قرار دارند و در بین روزنامهنگاران، ویراستاران دارای فرسودگی بالاتری هستند. همچنین بار کاری تأثیر مثبت و مستقیمی بر فرسودگی عاطفی داشت، اما تأثیر معناداری بر بدبینی نداشت.
