اولویت بندی و مقایسه عوامل موثر در ایجاد تقاضای بازار در لیگ های منتخب ورزشی
هدف از این تحقیق اولویت بندی و مقایسه عوامل موثر در ایجاد تقاضای بازار در لیگ های منتخب ورزشی بود. روش تحقیق استفاده شده برای این تحقیق توصیفی – پیمایشی بود و داده های مورد نیاز به صورت میدانی و با ابزار پرسشنامه گردآوری گردید. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه تماشاچیان بالاتر از 15 سال بود که بلیط مسابقات را خریداری کرده و برای تماشای مسابقات لیگهایبرترفوتبال، والیبال و بسکتبال در ورزشگاه هایی که مسابقات فصل 92-93 در آن برگزار میشد، حضور یافته بودند. تعداد نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان و به صورت تصادفی – طبقه ای انتخاب شد. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته با استفاده از آزمون های آماری استنباطی فریدمن و آنوا انجام شد. یاقته ها نشان داد که رتبه بندی عوامل تاثیر گذار در تقاضای بازار به ترتیب میزان اهمیت شامل تیم خانگی، برنامه ریزی، تیم مقابل، ترویج بازی و ملاحظات اقتصادی می باشد. همچنین مقایسه عوامل پنجگانه موثر بر تقاضای بازار در لیگ های منتخب ورزشی نشان داد که تنها در عامل تیم خانگی بین سه لیگ منتخب تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد و چهار عامل دیگر با همدیگر تفاوت معناداری دارند.

تأثیر تمرین هوازی پس از قرارگیری در معرض هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه بر بیان ژن TLR4 و TLR2 در بافت هیپوکمپ مغز موشهای صحرایی
قرارگیری در هوای آلوده بر سیستم عصبی مرکزی تأثیرگذار است و به التهاب و تخریب عصبی منجر میشود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی و هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه بر بیان mRNA ژن گیرندۀ شبه تول 2و 4 (TLR4 و TLR2 ) در هیپوکمپ مغز موشها بود. 24 سر موش نر نژاد ویستار بهطور تصادفی در چهار گروه الف) کنترل، ب) آلودگی، ج) تمرین و د) تمرین- آلودگی قرار گرفتند. موشهای گروههای ب و د به مدت چهار هفته در معرض ذرات قرار گرفتند. پس از هر جلسه آلودگی، گروه دو ج به اجرای برنامۀ تمرین هوازی با 50 درصد سرعت بیشینۀ خود (60 دقیقه در هر جلسه) پرداختند. با استفاده از روش Real time-Pcr بیان mRNA ژنهای TLR4و TLR2در بافت هیپوکمپ مغز موشها ارزیابی شد. برای تعیین معنادار بودن تأثیر تمرین و آلودگی از تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه استفاده شد. هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه به افزایش معناداری در بیان mRNA ژنهای TLR4 (005/0=P) و TLR2(033/.=P) منجر شد. تمرین تأثیر معناداری بر بیان mRNAژن TLR4(137/0=P) و TLR2 (113/0=P) نداشت و تمرین بهدنبال قرارگیری در معرض هوای آلوده تأثیر معناداری بر بیان mRNAژنهای TLR4 (063/0=P) و TLR2(867/0=P) در بافت هیپوکمپ موشهای صحرایی نر نداشت. همچنین، تمرین با کاهش معنادار تودۀ بدن در گروههای در معرض ذرات کربن سیاه همراه شد. بهنظر میرسد تمرین هوازی سبب تنظیم کاهشی TLR4 و TLR2 در هیپوکمپ مغز موشها پس از قرارگیری در معرض هوای آلوده میشود و شاید بتواند آثار التهاب عصبی ناشی از آلودگی را تعدیل کند.

نقش اخلاق کاری کارکنان در اثربخشی مدیران اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان همدان
هدف این پژوهش، تعیین نقش اخلاق کاری کارکنان در اثربخشی مدیران ادارهیکل ورزش و جوانان استان همدان بوده است. تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه اخلاق کاری کارکنان اگریگوری سی پتی و اثربخشی مدیران از جفری و همکاران می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه کارکنان ادارهی کل ورزش و جوانان استان همدان در سال 1392، شامل 150 نفر را میشود در این تحقیق آزمون های شپیرو- ویلک، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام به کارگرفته و یافتهها نشان می دهد که بین اخلاق کاری کارکنان و سه بعد از چهار بعد آن یعنی مفاهیم (دلبستگی و علاقه به کار، پشتکار و جدیت در کار، روح جمعی و مشارکتی در کار) با اثربخشی مدیران رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد؛ اما رابطهی معناداری بین مفهوم روابط سالم و انسانی در محل کار با متغیر وابسته مشاهده نمیشود. نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام حاکی از آن است که تنها مولفه دلبستگی و علاقه به کار قابلیت پیش بینی اثربخشی مدیران را با میزان 6/23درصد داراست و دیگر مولفهها توان پیش بینی واریانس مربوط به اثربخشی مدیران را ندارند. مدیران میتوانند با نهادینهسازی نقش مولفههای اخلاقی در بین کارکنان، به طور اخص توجه به میزان ضریب رگرسیونی مولفه علاقه و دلبستگی کارکنان در تبین اثربخشی مدیریت، با داشتن کارمندانی با این خصوصیت ارزنده اثربخشی بالایی را برای مدیران سازمان پیش بینی کنند.

تاثیرمصرف آویشن بر استرس اکسایشی و ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدان تام مردان پس از یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی شدید
امروزه استفاده از مکمل های گیاهی جهت کاهش آثار رادیکال های آزاد شده رواج یافته است. از آنجا که آویشن در طب سنتی یکی از غنی ترین منابع آنتی اکسیدانی است، لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر تاثیر مصرف دم نوش آویشن بر ظرفیت ضد اکسایشی تام(TAC)و مالون دی آلدهید(MDA) مردان جوان فعال پس از یک جلسه فعالیت وامانده ساز بود. در قالب یک طرح نیمه تجربی،20 مرد جوان که واجد معیار های ورود به مطالعه بودند به طور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه اول روزانه 300میلی لیترآویشن طبیعی به مدت دو هفته دریافت کردند و گروه دوم روزانه همین مقدار دارونما دریافت کردند. بعد از دو هفته افراد هر دو گروه در یک جلسه فعالیت وامانده ساز شرکت کردند و نمونه های خونی درشروع و پایان مطالعه مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با مصرف آویشن، افزایش معناداری در مقادیر پس آزمون نسبت به مقادیر پیش آزمون در TAC به وجود آمده است(032/0=P). مقایسه گروه دارونما نیز حاکی از آن است که در مقادیر پس آزمون و پیش آزمون TAC تفاوت معناداری ایجاد نشده است(39/0=P). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که با مصرف آویشن کاهش معناداری در مقادیر پس آزمون نسبت به مقادیر پیش آزمون در MDA به وجود آمده است(002/0=P). اما مقادیر پس آزمون MDA گروه دارونما نسبت به مقادیر پیش آزمون تفاوت معنادارای را آشکار نساخت(24/0=P). با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق می توان از مکمل سازی آویشن برای کاهش آسیب های اکسایشی و ناشی از فعالیت های شدید استفاده کرد.

نقش خانواده در نهادینه کردن فعالیت بدنی در کودکان
با گسترش فناوری و صنعتی شدن جوامع، سبک زندگی فعال افراد به سبک زندگی بیتحرک تغییر پیدا کرده است. این بیتحرکی عوارض و پیامدهای منفی بسیاری دارد. فعال بودن بدنی یا داشتن «فعالیت بدنی» میتواند موجب کاهش این بیتحرکی و عوارض ناشی از آن شود. بنابراین، هدف از این تحقیق بررسی نقش خانواده در نهادینه کردن فعالیت بدنی در کودکان بود. نهادینه کردن عبارت است از فراهم آوردن زمینهها و شرایطی که موجب ثبات، پایداری و فراگیر شدن رفتارهای مطلوب شود. روش انجام تحقیق کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را افراد متخصص در زمینۀ فعالیت بدنی، ورزش و نهادینهسازی تشکیل میدادند. نمونهها از طریق روش نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی انتخاب و تعداد نمونههای که با آنها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مصاحبه شد، 15 نفر بود. روایی مصاحبهها از طریق بررسی شکل و محتوای سؤالات توسط استادان سنجیده شد و پایایی ابزار تحقیق از طریق روش بازآزمون محاسبه شد و ضریب پایایی مصاحبهها 83 درصد بهدست آمد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد خانواده میتواند چهار نقش مهم و کلیدی الگو، مشوق، حامی و همکنش را در نهادینه کردن فعالیت بدنی در کودکان بازی کند. این نقشهای مهم میتواند توسط پدر، مادر، خواهران و برادران و بهعبارتی اعضای یک خانواده انجام گیرد.

تأثیر مصرف کوتاهمدت انار بر میزان آسیب لیپیدی و ظرفیت ضداکسایشی تام پس از یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر مکملسازی کوتاهمدت انار بر میزان آسیب لیپیدی و ظرفیت ضداکسایشی پس از یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز در افراد غیرورزشکار بود. بدین منظور 30 نفر از دانشجویان پسر غیرورزشکار با میانگین و انحراف استاندارد سن 54/1±78/21 سال، وزن 11/6±29/72 کیلوگرم، قد 97/6±54/178 سانتیمتر و شاخص تودۀ بدنی 13/3±25/22 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه دریافتکنندۀ کپسول انار (روزانه 200 میلیگرم یک وعده در روز به مدت 14 روز) و دارونما قرار گرفتند. نمونۀ خونی اولیه در حالت پایه پیش از شروع مکملسازی، خونگیری دوم پس از 14 روز مکملسازی و پیش از شروع آزمون بروس انجام و خونگیری سوم پس از اجرای آزمودن از آزمودنیها بهعمل آمد. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی (سطح معناداری 05/0) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد غلظت مالون دی آلدئید پس از 14 روز در گروه مکمل در مقایسه با گروه کنترل پس از فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز بهطور معناداری کاهش یافت (001/0P≤)، و شاخص ظرفیت ضداکسایشی تام پس از 14 روز در گروه مکمل در مقایسه با گروه کنترل پس از فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز بهطور معناداری افزایش یافت (001/0P≤). بنابراین، احتمالاً میتوان از مکملسازی کپسول انار برای کاهش آسیبهای اکسایشی ناشی از فعالیتهای ورزشی شدید استفاده کرد. با وجود این برای نتیجهگیری قطعی در این خصوص نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری است.

رابطۀ بین عدالت سازمانی ادراکشده با تمایل اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی شهر تهران به شرکت در کار تیمی
هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطۀ بین ابعاد عدالت سازمانی ادراکشده با تمایل اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی شهر تهران به شرکت در کار تیمی است. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی– همبستگی و به شکل میدانی اجرا شده است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق کلیۀ اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی شهر تهران است که تعداد آنها 102 نفر بود. کل جامعه بهعنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه شامل عدالت سازمانی نیهوف و مورمن (1993) و پرسشنامۀ کار تیمی الموتی(1997) بود که ضمن تأیید روایی، پایایی آنها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامۀ عدالت سازمانی (84/0a=) و برای کار تیمی (86/0a=) بهدست آمد. برای اطمینان از توزیع نرمال دادهها از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و همچنین برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گامبهگام) با نرمافزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد عدالت سازمانی (55/0, r=001/0P=)، عدالت توزیعی (49/0,r=001/0P=)، عدالت رویهای (48/0,r=001/0P=) و عدالت تعاملی (46/0 ,r=001/0P=) با تمایل اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی شهر تهران به شرکت در کار تیمی رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری دارند. در رگرسیون گامبهگام در گام اول عدالت توزیعی و در گام دوم عدالت توزیعی و عدالت رویهای پیشبینیکنندۀ تمایل به شرکت در کار تیمی شناخته شدند.

تأثیر اولتراسوند بر شاخصهای آسیب عضلانی و درک درد پس از کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری متعاقب انقباضات برونگرا در دختران غیرورزشکار
هدف این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر اولتراسوند بر تغییرات آنزیم لاکتات دهیدروژناز (DHL)، کراتین کیناز(CK)، درک درد و قدرت بیشینه، ناشی از کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری در دختران غیرورزشکار بود.این تحقیق بر روی 30 دانشجو دختر داوطلب غیرورزشکار (سن 61/1±95/20سال، وزن 58/7±68/55 کیلوگرم، قد 87/4±03/161 سانتیمتر و شاخص تودۀ بدن 35/22 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) که تا شش ماه پیش از آزمون سابقۀ کوفتگی عضلانی نداشتند، انجام گرفت. آزمودنیها بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره (تجربی و کنترل) جایگزین شدند. بهمنظور ایجاد کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری، از آزمودنیها خواسته شد با 80 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه، در سه ست 15 تکراری، عضلات همسترینگ خود را با دستگاه بدنسازی ویژه، تحت کشش قرار دهند. فاصلۀ استراحت بین ستها یک دقیقه بود. لاکتات دهیدروژناز، کراتین کیناز، درک درد و قدرت حداکثر، در دو نوبت (پیش و 48ساعت پس از اتمام تمرین) بررسی شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، از آزمون t مستقل و t وابسته در سطح معناداری 05/0>P استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد آنزیم لاکتات دهیدروژناز (0/001=P )، شدت درد (0/007=P ) و قدرت بیشینۀ عضلات همسترینگ (0/001=P ) در گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری داشت. اما در میزان آنزیم کراتین کیناز در بین گروهها تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتایج نشان داد اولتراسوند بهعنوان یک روش درمانی مناسب، میتواند کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری ناشی از انقباضات برونگرا را در دختران غیرورزشکار کاهش دهد.

مقایسۀ رفتارهای مدیریت خطر مدیران و مربیان باشگاههای دولتی و خصوصی شهرستان آمل
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رفتارهای مدیریت خطر مدیران و مربیان باشگاههای ورزشی دولتی و خصوصی شهرستان آمل بود. تحقیق حاضر کاربردی و از نوع علی- مقایسهای است و به شکل میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران و مربیان باشگاههای دولتی و خصوصی بود که کلیۀ مدیران شامل 94 نفر و 120 نفر از مربیان بهعنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب و دادههای مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه جمعآوری شد. از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد گری (1991) که در سال 2004 توسط آرون ویرایش شده، برای بررسی رفتارهای مدیریت خطر استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط استادان مجرب و ضریب پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ، برای پرسشنامۀ مدیران 87/0 و ضریب پایایی پرسشنامۀ مربیان 82/0 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس دومتغیره (Two-way ANOVA) و آزمون آماری tاستودنت در گروههای مستقل برای مقایسۀ متغیرها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین دیدگاه مدیران و مربیان باشگاههای خصوصی و دولتی در خصوص رفتارهای مدیریت خطر تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد.

بررسی اثرات ضدالتهابی و ضد دردی مصرف کوتاهمدت خوراکی داروی ایندومتاسین در بهبود علائم بیوشیمیایی، ظاهری و عملکردی کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری
هدف مطالعۀ حاضر، بررسی اثرات مصرف خوراکی داروی ایندومتاسین در بهبود کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری بود. 20 مرد سالم، به دو گروه مساوی تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی روزانه سه کپسول 25 میلیگرمی ایندومتاسین و کنترل، دارونما دریافت کردند. در مراحل قبل، 1، 24، 48 و 72 ساعت پس از انجام پروتکل تمرینی، متغیرها اندازهگیری شدند. پس از مصرف سه روز کپسول ایندومتاسین و دارونما، پروتکل تمرینی با 85% 1RM در چهار نوبت و هر نوبت تا سر حد واماندگی اجرا شد. برای بررسی نتایج از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج کاهش معناداری در غلظت آنزیم CK و LDH و میزان درد و التهاب در گروه ایندومتاسین نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد. حداکثر نیروی ایزوتونیک گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش کمتر و معناداری را نشان داد. دامنۀ حرکتی زانو گروه ایندومتاسین نسبت به گروه کنترل التهاب کمتری داشت. میتوان گفت که مصرف ایندومتاسین در دورۀ بازگشت به حالت اولیه تأثیرات مفیدی در بهبود DOMS دارد.

مقایسۀ موقعیت آموزشی درس تربیت بدنی از دیدگاه مدیران، معلمان، والدین و دانشآموزان دورۀ متوسطه
هدف این پژوهش، مقایسۀ موقعیت آموزشی درس تربیت بدنی در میان سایر دروس از دیدگاه مدیران، معلمان، والدین و دانشآموزان بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کلیۀ مدیران و دبیران زن و مرد (76 مدیر و1537 دبیر) و تمامی دانشآموزان مدارس متوسطۀ شهر رشت (20830) و والدین آنها تشکیل میدادند. نمونۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ مدیران، 310 دبیر، 400 دانشآموز (223 نفر دختر و177 نفر پسر) بههمراه والدین آنها (400نفر) بودند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامۀ محققساختهای با تعداد 25 سؤال بود که موقعیتهای مختلف آموزشی این درس را در مقایسه با دیگر دروس پایههای اول تا سوم متوسطه میسنجید. روایی صوری و محتوایی این ابزار توسط 12صاحبنظر دانشگاهی،20نفر از سرگروههای درسی مختلف و دبیران باتجربه و پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد (0.77r= تا 0.82r=). برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از آزمونهای فریدمن، ویلکاکسون، یومان ویتنی، کروسکال والیس استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد تفاوت بین موقعیت درس تربیت بدنی و موقعیت سایر دروس از دیدگاه دانشآموزان، والدین، مدیران و معلمان وجود دارد، همچنین دانشآموزان پسر اولویت بالایی نسبت به دختران برای درس تربیت بدنی در نظر گرفته بودند.

بررسی تغییرات هزینههای درمانی بیماران دیابت نوع 2 متعاقب یک دوره فعالیت ورزشی منظم سهماهه
کنترل و پیشگیری بسیاری از بیماریها و کاهش هزینههای درمانی از فواید اقتصادی صنعت ورزش است. هدف تحقیق حاضر تعیین تأثیر یک دوره فعالیت ورزشی منظم سهماهه، بر هزینههای درمانی بیماران دیابت نوع 2 است. تحقیق حاضر نیمهتجربی و نیز توصیفی- همبستگی است که از پرسشنامهای با روایی قابل قبول و پایایی 72/0 در دو مرحله بین نمونهها پخش شده است. جامعۀ آماری 110 زن مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 شهرستان بناب بود که 52 آنان بهعنوان نمونه در دو گروه کنترل و تمرین انتخاب شدند. برای آزمون فرضیهها از آزمونهای آماری تی همبسته و تی مستقل با سطح معناداری 05/0 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که یک دوره فعالیت ورزشی منظم بر هزینههای درمانی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم اثر داشته و موجب کاهش هزینهها شده و بین هزینههای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم قبل و بعد از فعالیت ورزشی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که فعالیت ورزشی منظم سهماهه، سبب بهبود سطح کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابت نوع 2 شده و با تحت تأثیر قرار دادن و کاهش معنادار هزینههای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم درمانی بر اقتصاد سلامت خانواده و دولت اثرگذار است.
