مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری ارتباط تنش کاری با عملکرد شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر مشهد
این تحقیق با هدف مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری ارتباط تنش کاری با عملکرد شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر مشهد به انجام رسیده است. جامعۀ آماری، کلیۀ معلمان تربیت بدنی شاغل در مدارس شهر مشهد بودند که با بهکارگیری جدول مورگان نمونهای برابر با 291 تعیین شد که بهصورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1993) و تنش کاری (HSE) (1998) بود. برای تعیین روایی صوری و محتوایی و حصول اطمینان از قابلیت اجرای پرسشنامهها از نظرهای اصلاحی استادان مدیریت ورزشی استفاده شد. با انجام یک مطالعۀ مقدماتی بر روی 30 نفر از معلمان تربیت بدنی پایایی پرسشنامههای عملکرد شغلی و تنش کاری بهترتیب 84/0 و 79/0 بهدست آمد. روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است که بهصورت میدانی به اجرا درآمده است. تحلیل دادههای جمعآوریشده با کمک شاخصهای توصیفی و آزمونهای کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون به انجام رسید. یافتهها حاکی از آن بود که بین تنش کاری با عملکرد شغلی رابطۀ منفی و معناداری (001/0≥P ، 545/0- =r) وجود دارد. بین متغیرهای عدم میزان تقاضا، عدم کنترل، عدم حمایت مسئولان، عدم حمایت همکاران، عدم ارتباطات، ابهام نقش و تغییرات سازمانی رابطۀ منفی و معناداری با عملکرد شغلی بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای عدم تقاضا، عدم کنترل، عدم حمایت مسئولان و تغییرات سازمانی توان پیشگویی عملکرد شغلی را دارند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که تنش کاری تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان دارد.

تأثیر یک دوره تمرین استقامتی بر برخی شاخصهای التهابی در مردان سیگاری
افزایش سایتوکاینهای ضدالتهابی و کاهش سایتوکاینهای التهابی از طریق تمرین ورزشی یکی از روشهای کاهش التهاب مزمن است. پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر تمرین استقامتی بر شاخصهای التهابی در مردان سیگاری انجام گرفت. روش بررسی دو گروه، تجربی (میانگینسنی 95/2 ±30/25 سال،10n=) و گروه کنترل (میانگینسنی 76/2 ±11/26 سال ،10n=) بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. پروتکل تمرینی استقامتی شامل 20 دقیقه دویدن با شدت 55 تا 65 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره، توسط گروه تجربی طی شش هفته اجرا شد. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرینی اندازهگیریهای مشابه پیش از تمرین و نمونۀ خون از آزمودنیها بهعمل آمد. ﺑﺮای تجزیهوتحلیل آﻣﺎری دادهها در ﻫﺮ ﮔﺮوه از آزﻣﻮن t ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﻪ و ﺑﻴﻦ ﮔﺮوهها از آزﻣﻮن t ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده شد (05/0≥α).نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که 6 هفته مداخلۀ تمرین استقامتی موجب کاهش معنادار CRP)012/ 0P=) و افزایش معنادار اینترلوکین-10 (01/ 0P=) در گروه تجربی شد. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از تأثیر ورزش بر شاخصهای التهابی در مردان سیگاری است؛ از طرفی نشان میدهد ممکن است افراد سیگاری با انجام فعالیت استقامتی بتوانند عوارض ناشی از مصرف سیگار را کاهش دهند. لیکن تأیید این مطلب نیازمند پژوهشهای بیشتر در زمینۀ نقش تمرینات استقامتی و ارتباط آن با التهاب است.

مقایسۀ تأثیر دو الگوی فعالیت ورزشی ساده (رکاب زدن) و پیچیده (ایروبیک) بر مقادیر عامل رشد عصبی مشتق از مغز و عملکرد شناختی دختران نوجوان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ تأثیر دو الگوی فعالیت ورزشی (ساده و پیچیده) بر مقادیر سرمی عامل رشد عصبی مشتق از مغز (BDNF) و عملکرد شناختی دختران نوجوان بود. بدینمنظور، نه آزمودنی (با میانگین سنی 9/0±3/17 سال و شاخص تودۀ بدنی 02/3±4/22 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) به فاصلۀ یک هفته، دو فعالیت ورزشی پیچیده (ایروبیک) و ساده (رکاب زدن)، با شدت متوسط 50 تا 60 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی را انجام دادند. فعالیت ورزشی به مدت 30 دقیقه در سه نوبت 10 دقیقهای با فواصل استراحت دو دقیقه انجام گرفت. قبل و پس از فعالیت ورزشی بهمنظور سنجش BDNF از آزمودنیها نمونۀ خون گرفته شد و برای ارزیابی عملکرد شناختی، آزمونهای شناختی ارقام – نماد و رنگ - واژۀ استروپ توسط آزمودنیها کامل شد. برای ارزیابی دادهها از آزمون آماری t همبسته استفاده شد (05/0>P). بر مبنای یافتههای بهدستآمده، تفاوت معناداری در میزان سرمی عامل رشد عصبی مشتق از مغز در مقایسۀ دو الگوی فعالیت ورزشی ساده و پیچیده یافت نشد (723/0=P). همچنین با توجه به نتایج آزمون شناختی رنگ – واژۀ استروپ، فعالیت ورزشی پیچیده نسبت به فعالیت ورزشی ساده بهبود معناداری در عملکرد شناختی را نشان داد (05/0 >P). بهطورکلی بهنظر میرسد، الگوی فعالیت ورزشی (ساده و پیچیده) در دختران نوجوان مشابه آنچه در این پژوهش استفاده شد، تأثیر معناداری بر پاسخ عامل رشد عصبی مشتق از مغز ندارد. با وجود این، فعالیت ورزشی پیچیده دستکم بر برخی از جنبههای عملکرد شناختی تأثیر معنادار مطلوبتری دارد و میتواند موجب بهبود عملکرد شناختی شود.

پیشبینی نگرش افراد نسبت به تبلیغات از طریق ورزش براساس باورهای آنان: مطالعۀ موردی بانوان زنجان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، پیشبینی نگرش افراد از طریق باورهای آنان نسبت به تبلیغات از طریق ورزش بود. تحقیق حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری، بانوانی بودند که تبلیغات از طریق ورزش را بهوسیلۀ گیرنده دریافت میکردند که براساس حجم نمونۀ کوکران 285 نفر از تماشاگران بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامۀ تبلیغات از طریق ورزش پیون (2006) را تکمیل کردند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد، همۀ مؤلفههای باور شامل اطلاعات محصول، تصویر و نقش اجتماعی، خوشایند بودن، آزاردهنده بودن، اقتصادی بودن، مادیگرایی و کذب بودن قابلیت پیشبینی نگرش افراد نسبت به تبلیغات از طریق ورزش را دارند (05/0≥P). بهطوریکه مؤلفۀ اقتصادی بودن بیشترین و مادیگرایی کمترین نقش را بر نگرش افراد نسبت به تبلیغات از طریق ورزش داشتند. با عنایت به یافتهها ضروری است که به کیفیت و قیمت محصولات توجه شود، از سوی دیگر باید از تبلیغاتی استفاده شود که با فرهنگ جامعه همخوانی داشته باشد تا اثربخشتر باشد و نگرش افراد نسبت به تبلیغات از طریق ورزش مورد توجه مشتریان قرار گیرد.

تأثیر 8 هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت متوسط بر مقادیر امنتین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین در دختران نوجوان چاق
امنتین آدیپوکاینی است که اغلب از بافت چربی احشایی ترشح میشود و عملکرد متابولیکی آن افزایش انسولین با تحریک انتقال گلوکز است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر 8 هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت متوسط بر مقادیر امنتین و شاخص مقاومت انسولین در دختران چاق بود. ۱۸ دانشآموز دختر چاق ۱۴-۱۲ سال (۳۰ ≤BMI) داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین (۹=n) و گروه کنترل (۹=n) تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین ۸ هفته تمرین و هر هفته 3 جلسه به مدت ۲۰ دقیقه با شدت۷۰ تا ۷۵ درصد ضربان قلب هدف بهصورت تناوبی را انجام دادند. نمونۀ خونی ۲۴ ساعت قبل از اولین جلسۀ تمرینی و ۴۸ ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسۀ تمرینی و پس از ۱۲ ساعت ناشتایی گرفته شد. دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس و سطح معناداری (05/0 > P) ارزیابی شد. نتایج حاکی از افزایش معنادار امنتین در گروه تمرین نسبت به گروه کنترل و افزایش معنادار حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی و کاهش معنادار وزنو شاخص تودۀ بدن بود (05/0 > P). ازاینرو میتوان تمرین تناوبی با شدت متوسط را بهعنوان یک شیوۀ غیردارویی که موجب کاهش وزن و افزایش حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی در دختران نوجوان میشود، استفاده کرد.

هدف از این تحقیق طراحی مدل تأثیرگذاری مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری (سی.آر.ام) بر رضایتمندی مشتریان از کیفیت خدمات براساس مدل سروکوال در باشگاههای بدنسازی و ایروبیک شهرستان بیرجند بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. 210 نفر از مشتریان باشگاههای بدنسازی و ایروبیک شهر بیرجند ابزار این پژوهش را تکمیل کردند: 1. پرسشنامۀ مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری و 2. پرسشنامۀ رضایت مشتریان سروکوال بهترتیب مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری و رضایتمندی مشتریان را در باشگاههای بدنسازی ارزیابی میکنند. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف و آمار توصیفی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. کلیۀ دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس و لیزرل در سطح معناداری 05/0p≤ تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که متغیرهای وضعیت فیزیکی (14/2=t،18/0= β)، پاسخگویی (43/4=t، 36/0=β)، اطمینان (04/1=t،28/0=β)، تضمین (07/3=t،28/0=β) و همدلی (13/2=t،19/0=β) تأثیر معناداری بر متغیر رضایتمندی مشتریان دارند. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد میشود که مدیران باشگاهها از رضایت مشتریان جهت بهبود جایگاه رقابتی و کسب مزیت رقابتی بهره ببرند و از تمامی مؤلفههای رضایتمندی بهصورت مساوی استفاده کنند.

مقایسۀ دیدگاه معلمان تربیت بدنی و دانشآموزان دربارۀ رفتار حمایت اجتماعی و مؤلفههای آن و اثربخشی کلاسهای تربیت بدنی
هدف تحقیق حاضر مقایسۀ دیدگاه معلمان تربیت بدنی و دانشآموزان دربارۀ رفتار حمایت اجتماعی و مؤلفههای آن و اثربخشی کلاسهای تربیت بدنی و ارتباط بین آنها در مدارس شهرستان مراغه بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کلیۀ معلمان تربیت بدنی و دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطۀ شهرستان مراغه بودند و نمونة آماری را 383 نفر از دانشآموزان پسر و 39 نفر از معلمان تربیت بدنی پایۀ مقطع متوسطۀ شهرستان مراغه تشکیل میدادند که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از دو پرسشنامۀ رفتار بینفردی پلیتر و همکاران (2001) و پرسشنامۀ اثربخشی آموزش استیفن کو و کریستین باولی (2007) استفاده شد. یافتههای تحقیق با استفاده از روشهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین دیدگاه معلمان تربیت بدنی و دانش آموزان دربارۀ رفتار حمایت اجتماعی و مؤلفههای آن و اثربخشی کلاسهای تربیت بدنی در دانشآموزان تربیت بدنی در مدارس شهرستان مراغه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0P≤). همچنین بین حمایت اجتماعی معلمان تربیت بدنی و مؤلفههای آن با اثربخشی کلاسهای تربیت بدنی هم از دیدگاه معلمان و هم دانشآموزان همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. پیشنهاد میشود معلمان تربیت بدنی رفتارهای حمایت اجتماعی و مؤلفههای آن را در بین دانشآموزان گسترش دهند.

برآورد سهم نسبی عوامل مدیریتی بر فرار مالیاتی ورزشکاران و مربیان حرفهای باشگاههای ورزشی استان اصفهان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، برآورد سهم نسبی عوامل مدیریتی بر فرار مالیاتی ورزشکاران و مربیان حرفهای در باشگاههای ورزشی استان اصفهان بود. با توجه به اینکه جامعۀ آماری را افراد حرفهای و مدیران، شامل ورزشکاران و مربیان حرفهای، مدیران عامل و معاونان باشگاههای ورزش حرفهای، و استادان مدیریت ورزشی و اقتصاد تشکیل میدادند و دسترسی به آنها مشکل بود، نمونۀ آماری بهصورت تمامشمار و در دسترس انجام گرفت و شامل 119 نفر شد. ابزار اندازهگیری، پرسشنامۀ محققساختهای بود، که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط استادان متخصص، و روایی سازۀ آن با روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی تأیید شد، و آلفای کرونباخ 91/0 پایایی مطلوب آن را نشان داد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای رگرسیون چندگانۀ گامبهگام، t تکنمونهای و فریدمن استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد هر دو مؤلفۀ تحقیق (عوامل مدیریتی در ورزش و عوامل مدیریتی در سازمان امور مالیاتی) قادر به پیشبینی معنادار فرار مالیاتی ورزشکاران و مربیان حرفهای بودند، و عوامل مدیریتی در ورزش مؤلفۀ پیشبین قویتری نسبت به عوامل مدیریتی در سازمان امور مالیاتی بود. در میان عوامل مدیریتی در ورزش، عدم پرداخت بهموقع مبلغ قرارداد ورزشکاران و مربیان، و در میان عوامل مدیریتی در سازمان امور مالیاتی، ناتوانی در برقراری عدالت مالیاتی، مهمترین عوامل فرار مالیاتی معرفی شدند. در مجموع با توجه به یافتهها، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که برخی از مؤلفههای مدیریتی در بخش ورزش حرفهای و سازمان امور مالیاتی میتوانند بازبینی شوند و بدینترتیب سبب بهبود وضع مالیات در بخش ورزش و توسعۀ امکانات و تسهیلات ورزشی در کشور شوند.

تأثیر فعالیت بدنی با شدت متوسط بر قدرت، استقامت عضلانی و عوامل نروتروفیک (CDNF, BDNF)، در رتهای مبتلا به اختلال حرکت
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسیتأثیرفعالیت بدنی متوسط بر قدرت، استقامت عضلانی و عوامل نروتروفیک در رتهای مسن مبتلا به اختلال حرکتی انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش تجربی 24 سرموشصحرایینر نژاد ویستار بهطورتصادفیبهسهگروه کنترل سالم بدون تمرین، پارکینسون بدون تمرین و پارکینسون با فعالیت بدنی متوسط، تقسیمشدند. گروهتمرین، به 4 هفتهفعالیت بدنی (5 روز درر هفته)، با شدت متوسط پرداختند. قدرت و استقامت عضلانی با آزمون هنگینگ و میزان CDNF, BDNFبا روش الایزا بررسی شد.بررسیتفاوتمیانگینگروههابااستفادهازروشآماریتحلیلواریانس یکطرفه ودر سطح معناداری05/0>Pانجام گرفت. بین سه گروه از نظر قدرت و استقامت عضلانی، تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت، که در آزمونهای تعقیبی مشخص شد رتهای گروه تمرین (001/0P=) و کنترل سالم (001/0P=)، مدت زمان بیشتری نسبت به گروه اختلال حرکت بدون تمرین استقامت عضلانی خود را حفظ کردند.همچنین مشخص شد، میزان BDNF (001/0P=) و میزانCDNF گروه تمرین بهطور معناداری نسبت به گروه بدون تمرین بالاتر است (001/0P=). براساسنتایج فعالیت بدنی متوسطمیتواند فاکتورهای نوروتروفیک در مغز را افزایش دهد و موجب افزایش و بهبود قدرت و استقامت عضلانی در رتهای مبتلا به اختلال حرکتی شود. ازاینرو احتمال میرود استفاده از این تمرینات بتواند موجببهبود اختلالات حرکتی سالمندان شود.

طراحی پرسشنامه دارایی های نامشهود لیگ حرفه ای فوتبال ایران
در فرایند واگذاری باشگاههای لیگ حرفهای فوتبال ایران به بخش خصوصی، "داراییهای نامشهود" حلقۀ مفقودة ارزشگذاری هستند. با توجه به نقصان موجود در شناسایی این داراییها، هدف از این پژوهش طراحی ابزار مناسب برای شناسایی داراییهای نامشهود باشگاههای لیگ حرفهای فوتبال ایران بود که پـس از مطالعـۀ منـابع مختلف، فهرست اولیهای از 35 عامل در قالب چهار بعد اصلی تهیه شد. این پرسشنامه توسط صاحبنظران ارزیابی و ویرایش شد تا روایی صوری و محتوایی آن بررسی شود. در نهایت، 7 مورد حذف و پرسشنامهای با 28 عامل تنظیم شد و پرسشنامۀ نهایی در میان 274 نفر که بـه روش نمونهگیری آسـان انتخـاب شـدند، توزیع شد. این تحقیق براساس نوع هدف کاربردی است و دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل شدهاند. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه 81/0 به دست آمد که نشان از پایایی درونی خوب پرسشنامه دارد. همچنین با استفاده از روش دونیمهسازی، همبستگی بین دو بخش و ضرایب دونیمهسازی گاتمن و اسپیرمن- براون تأییدکنندۀ پایایی مناسب پرسشنامه بود.برای تعیین روایی ثبات درونی پرسشنامه از دو ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن استفاده شد که بیشتر عاملها همبستگی خوبی را با نمرۀ کل نشان دادند. در نهایت روایی سازۀ پرسشنامه از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بررسی شد که شاخصهای GFI, AGFI و PGFI نیکویی برازش مدل را تأیید کردند. بنابراین، میتوان این پرسشنامه را بهعنوان یک ابزار معتبر و قابل اعتماد در اختیار پژوهشگران قرار داد تا در کنار سایر آزمونها، ارزیابی دقیق و جامعتری از داراییهای نامشهود یک باشگاه فوتبال بهعمل آورند.

ارتباط بین هوش اخلاقی و مؤلفههای آن با موفقیت ورزشی کشتیگیران حاضر در مسابقات بینالمللی جام تختی
هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین هوش اخلاقی و مؤلفههای آن با موفقیت کشتیگیران حاضر در مسابقات بینالمللی جام تختی بود. جامعۀآماری تحقیق، کلیۀکشتیگیران ایرانی و خارجی شرکتکننده در مسابقات بینالمللی جام تختی به تعداد 257 نفر بود.نمونۀ آماری نیز براساس جدول مورگان، 155 نفر، بهصورت تصادفی تعیین شد. ابزار مورداستفاده، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد هوش اخلاقی کیل و لنیک (2005) و پرسشنامۀموفقیت ورزشی رابرتز و همکاران(1998) بود که پایایی آنهابهترتیب91/. و 89/. گزارش شده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی پیرسون،تحلیل واریانس یکراهه و رگرسیون چندگانه) استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق، ارتباط مثبت و معناداری را بین هوش اخلاقی و مؤلفههای آن با موفقیت ورزشی کشتیگیران نشان داد. نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که هوش اخلاقی توان پیشبینی و تبیین 532/0 از تغییرات موفقیت ورزشی کشتیگیرانرا دارد. از آنجا که هوش اخلاقی عاملی مهم در موفقیت ورزشی است، ضروری است برای موفقیت بیشتر ورزشکاران، هوش اخلاقیآنها مورد توجه قرار گیرد و با آموزش مداوم به ورزشکاران، زمینه برای عملکرد هرچه بهتر آنها هموار شود.

استاندارد سازی پرسشنامه انگیزه گردشگران ورزشی پیستهای اسکی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی استانداردسازی پرسشنامۀ انگیزۀ گردشگران ورزشی (وی، 2009) پیستهای اسکی استان تهران بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، کلیۀ گردشگران پیستهای اسکی استان تهران (دیزین، آبعلی، شمشک و توچال) بودند که با توجه به اینکه کل جامعه بیش از ده هزار نفر بود، از طریق جدول مورگان 370 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامۀ 22 سؤالی وی (2008) بود که دارای شش مؤلفۀ کسب تجربه، سلامتی، آرامش، خودیابی، مهارتهای حرفهای و ارتباطات بینفردی است و روش نمرهگذاری به سؤالات براساس طیف پنجارزشی لیکرت بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط استادان مدیریت ورزشی در زمینۀ گردشگری ورزشی و همچنین چندین تن از متخصصان روانسنجی تأیید شد و پایایی ابزار از طریق آلفای کرونباخ بهدست آمد (84/0=α). از آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی برای بررسی ساختار عاملی و از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برای تعیین روایی سازه با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و LISREL استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که پرسشنامه از همسانی درونی قابل قبولی برخوردار است و ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ در مؤلفههای آن بین 65/0 تا 86/0 است. نتایج مؤید این بود که ساختار پرسشنامه، برازش قابل قبولی با دادهها دارد و کلیۀ شاخصهای نیکویی برازش، مدل را تأیید میکنند. یافتههای تحلیل عاملی تقریباً مشابه تحقیقات انجامگرفته در فرهنگ اصلی و ضرایب پایایی و روایی به نتایج سایر پژوهشها نزدیک بود. بنابراین با توجه به مطلوبیت ابزار، این پرسشنامه ابزار مناسبی برای شناخت و آگاهی از انگیزههای گردشگران پیستهای اسکی است.
