اثر مدیریت تغییر و فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد داوران لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران

چکیده

 
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر مدیریت تغییر و استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات با عملکرد داوران لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران و ارائۀ الگو بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ پژوهش شامل 200 داور در حال فعالیت در سطح اول فوتبال کشور در سال 1396 بودند که به‌صورت تمام‌شمار انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه‌های آمادگی برای تغییر، پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات (محقق‌ساخته) و برگۀ نظارت و ارزشیابی عملکرد داوران به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای مورد بررسی در پژوهش استفاده شد. از آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری به‌منظور تحلیل نتایج و ارائۀ الگو با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و Amos استفاده شد. سطح معناداری 05/0>P درنظر گرفته شد.نتایج نشان داد که بین استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات با عملکرد داوران ارتباط مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین بین مدیریت تغییر با عملکرد داوری ارتباط مثبت و معنادار مشاهده شد (05/0>P). نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که به‌صورت کلی الگوی طراحی‌شده برازش مناسبی دارد (001/0=P). با توجه به نتایج، به مسئولان کمیتۀ داوری پیشنهاد می‌شود تا از آموزش‌های مرتبط با استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در راستای کاهش خطاهای داوری بهره گیرند.

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of change management and the use of information technology on performance of the Iranian Football Premier League judges and developing of the model. The method of this research was descriptive correlational. The statistical population consisted of 200 judges who worked in the first level of football in Iran in 2017 The sample was equal to the population (census sampling method). The readiness for change Questionnaire, the acceptance of information technology (A researcher made questionnaire) and the sheet of monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the judges were used to collect data.
