نقش مدیریت دانش و جهت‌گیری راهبردی در پیش‌بینی عملکرد سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: سازمان‌های ورزشی استان لرستان)

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر مدیریت دانش و جهت‌گیری راهبردی بر عملکرد سازمانی سازمان‌های ورزشی استان لرستان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی است که به‌صورت پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی مدیران و کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان، هیأت‌های ورزشی و باشگاه‌های ورزشی استان بودند (227 نفر) که همگی به‌صورت کل‌شمار به‌عنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مدیریت دانش همتی (1389)، جهت‌گیری راهبردی احمدیان (1392) و عملکرد سازمانی هرسی و گولد اسمیت (1980) برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی این ابزارها توسط استادان دانشگاه تأیید و پایایی آنها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در بستة نرم‌افزارهای آماری اس.پی.اس.اس نسخة 22 و لیزرل نسخة 8/8 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت دانش و جهت‌گیری راهبردی با عملکرد سازمانی در سازمان‌های ورزشی رابطة معناداری دارد. همچنین ضریب تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد سازمانی برابر با 17/0، ضریب تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر جهت‌گیری راهبردی برابر با 68/0 و ضریب تأثیر جهت‌گیری راهبردی بر عملکرد سازمانی برابر با 81/0 به‌دست آمد. در این خصوص، می‌توان گفت که جهت‌گیری راهبردی نقش میانجی بین مدیریت دانش و عملکرد سازمانی را ایفا می‌کند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management and strategic orientation on organizational performance of sports organizations in Lorestan province. The research was a descriptive – correlational that was carried out by survey method. The statistical population included all managers and staffs of sport and youth offices, sport boards and sport club’s of the province (227 people), which all of them were selected as a sample. Hemmati Knowledge Management Standard Questionnaire (2010), Ahmadian's Strategic Orientation (1392), and Hersey's and Gould Smith's Organizational Performance (1980) were used to collect data. Content validity of these tools was confirmed by the university professors and their reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The data was analized using structural equation modeling test in the SPSS version 22 and LISREL 8/8. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge management and strategic direction with organizational performance in sport organizations. Also, knowledge management with coefficient equal 0.17 and 0.68 have a significant effecct on organizational performance, and strategic direction with coefficient equal 0.81 has a significant effect on organizational performance. Hence, it can be said that strategic orientation plays a mediator role between knowledge management and organizational performance.
