General inflammatory markers are C-reactive protein, pro-inflammatory cytokines and adhesion molecules. This study aimed at examining the effect of 8 weeks of different patterns of resistance training on CRP, IL-6 and ICAM-1 levels in healthy untrained women. 31 healthy untrained women who volunteered to participate in the study completed 8 weeks of training in 3 groups: upper body resistance training, lower body and control. Blood samples were collected before and after training and levels of the mentioned markers were determined. The results of one-way ANOVA for CRP and ICAM-1 showed an insignificant difference among the groups. But there was a significant difference in IL-6 changes between lower body training and control groups. The intergroup and intragroup changes of BMI, BF% and WHR were not significant in all groups. The results showed that among the mentioned inflammatory markers, IL-6 showed a significant difference in response to lower body resistance training. A probable reason is the engagement of the group of bigger muscles. Other inflammatory markers showed similar responses to the two methods of upper and lower resistance training.}, keywords = {Interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,resistance training,Intracellular Adhesion Molecule-1}, title_fa = {تعیین تأثیر دو شیوۀ تمرین مقاومتی بالاتنه و پایین‌تنه بر سطوح شاخص‌های التهابی پروتئین واکنشگر-C، اینترلوکین-6 و مولکول چسبان بین‌سلولی-1 در زنان سالم تمرین‌نکرده}, abstract_fa = {       التهاب می‌تواند با سازوکارهای متنوعی موجب آترواسکلروز شود که از جمله شاخصهای التهاب عمومی میتوان به پروتئین واکنشگر-C، سایتوکاین های پیش‌التهابی و مولکول‌های چسبان اشاره کرد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر هشت هفته الگوی متفاوت تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح CRP، IL-6 و ICAM-1 زنان سالم تمرین‌نکرده بود. بدین منظور 31 زن سالم تمرین‌نکردۀ داوطلب شرکت در تحقیق در سه گروه تمرین مقاومتی بالاتنه، پایین‌تنه و کنترل دورۀ تمرین هشت‌هفته‌ای را به اتمام رساندند. نمونه‌های خونی پیش و پس از اتمام دورۀ تمرینی جمع‌آوری و سطوح شاخص‌های مورد نظر تعیین شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه در مورد شاخصهای CRP و ICAM-1 حاکی از تفاوت غیرمعنا‌دار بین گروه‌ها بود، ولی بین دامنۀ تغییرات  IL-6گروه تمرین مقاومتی پایین‌تنه با گروه کنترل تفاوت معنا‌داری مشاهده شد. تغییرات درون‌گروهی و بین‌گروهی BMI، درصد چربی و WHR هیچ‌یک از گروهها معنادار نبود. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق از میان شاخص‌های التهابی مورد نظر، IL-6 نسبت به تمرین مقاومتی پایین‌تنه تفاوت معناداری نشان داد که دلیل احتمالی آن درگیر ساختن گروه عضلات بزرگ‌تر است. دیگر شاخص‌های التهابی مورد مطالعه نسبت به دو شیوۀ تمرین مقاومتی بالاتنه و پایین‌تنه پاسخ‌های مشابهی را نشان دادند.}, keywords_fa = {اینترلوکین-6,پروتئین واکنشگر-C,تمرین مقاومتی و مولکول چسبان بین‌سلولی-1}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_60141.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_60141_294a501e5cef9df48585092aa8c9cfdb.pdf} }
