Physical activity program consisted of activities and sport games suitable for children. Simultaneously, children in the control group participated in a drawing course. The intensity of physical activity was controlled in the range of 40-60% of maximum heart rate. IGF-I and IGFBP-3 levels were measured at baseline, after 8 weeks of training and after 2 weeks of detraining. The results showed small but not significant changes in IGF-I and IGFBP-3 after 2 weeks of detraining in the experimental group while they significantly increased in the control group (P<0.05). It can be concluded that children's decreased physical activity due to their participation in sedentary courses can negatively influence growth factors and their return to active lifestyle can rebound this situation.}, keywords = {children,physical activity,Short Stature,Growth Factors,Detraining}, title_fa = {پاسخ عوامل رشدی به دو هفته بی فعالیتی پس از یک دوره فعالیت بدنی در کودکان کوتاه قد}, abstract_fa = {هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعیین پاسخ عوامل رشدی به دو هفته بی فعالیتی پس از یک دوره فعالیت بدنی در کودکان کوتاه قد بود. نمونه آماری شامل 14 کودک مبتلا به کوتاه قدی ایدیوپاتیک بودند. برنامه فعالیت بدنی شامل فعالیت ها و بازی های ورزشی مناسب سن کودکان بود. شدت فعالیت بدنی در محدوده 60-40 درصد حداکثر تواتر قلبی کنترل شد. گروه کنترل به طور همزمان در کلاس نقاشی شرکت کردند. مقادیر IGF-I و IGFBP-3 در ابتدا ، پس از 8 هفته تمرین و پس از 2 هفته بی تمرینی اندازه گیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد مقادیر IGF-I و IGFBP-3  پس از 2 هفته بی تمرینی در گروه تجربی، تغییرات اندک و غیر معنی دار و در گروه کنترل افزایش معنی داری را به دنبال داشتند (05/0>p). می توان نتیجه گرفت کاهش میزان فعالیت بدنی در کودکان به علت شرکت آنها در کلاس های بدون تحرک ممکن است روی عوامل رشدی تأثیر منفی داشته و بازگشت آنها به زندگی فعال تر، این عوامل را بازسازی نماید.}, keywords_fa = {کودکان,فعالیت بدنی,کوتاه قدی,عوامل رشدی,بی تمرینی}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_66462.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_66462_d224da2316f94f2b84db58f7343add74.pdf} }
