In this experimental study, 24 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: healthy control without exercise, Parkinson without exercise and Parkinson with moderate physical activity. The exercise group performed 4 weeks of moderate physical activity (5 days per week). Muscular strength and muscular endurance were examined by Hanging test and CDNF and BDNF levels were assessed by ELISA method. The difference in the mean of groups was investigated using one-way ANOVA at P<0.05. There was a significant difference among the three groups in muscular strength and muscular endurance. In post hoc tests, it was clear that the rats in the exercise (P=0.001) and healthy control (P=0.001) groups maintained their muscular endurance longer than the movement disorder without exercise group. It was also found that BDNF (P=0.001) and CDNF levels of the exercise group were significantly higher than the untreated group (P=0.001). Based on these results, moderate physical activity can increase neurotrophic factors in the brain and increase and improve muscular strength and muscular endurance in rats with movement disorder. Therefore, it is likely that these exercises can improve movement disorders in the elderly.}, keywords = {Movement Disorder,Moderate Exercise,Strength,Neurotrophic Factors (CDNF,BDNF)}, title_fa = {تأثیر فعالیت بدنی با شدت متوسط بر قدرت، استقامت عضلانی و عوامل نروتروفیک (CDNF, BDNF)، در رت‌های مبتلا به اختلال حرکت}, abstract_fa = {  تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسیتأثیرفعالیت بدنی متوسط بر قدرت، استقامت عضلانی و عوامل نروتروفیک در رت‌های مسن مبتلا به اختلال حرکتی انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش تجربی 24 سرموشصحرایینر نژاد ویستار به‌طورتصادفیبهسهگروه کنترل سالم بدون تمرین، پارکینسون بدون تمرین و پارکینسون با فعالیت بدنی متوسط، تقسیمشدند. گروهتمرین، به 4 هفتهفعالیت بدنی (5 روز درر هفته)، با شدت متوسط پرداختند. قدرت و استقامت عضلانی با آزمون هنگینگ و میزان CDNF, BDNFبا روش الایزا بررسی شد.بررسیتفاوتمیانگینگروه‌هابااستفادهازروشآماریتحلیلواریانس یکطرفه ودر سطح معناداری05/0>Pانجام گرفت. بین سه گروه از نظر قدرت و استقامت عضلانی، تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت، که در آزمون‌های تعقیبی مشخص شد رت‌های گروه تمرین (001/0P=) و کنترل سالم (001/0P=)، مدت زمان بیشتری نسبت به گروه اختلال حرکت بدون تمرین استقامت عضلانی خود را حفظ کردند.همچنین مشخص شد، میزان BDNF (001/0P=) و میزانCDNF گروه تمرین به‌طور معناداری نسبت به گروه بدون تمرین بالاتر است (001/0P=). براساسنتایج فعالیت بدنی متوسطمی‌تواند فاکتورهای نوروتروفیک در مغز را افزایش دهد و موجب افزایش و بهبود قدرت و استقامت عضلانی در رت‌های مبتلا به اختلال حرکتی شود. ازاین‌رو احتمال می‌رود استفاده از این تمرینات بتواند موجببهبود اختلالات حرکتی سالمندان ‌شود.  }, keywords_fa = {اختلال حرکت، تمرین متوسط، عوامل نروتروفیک (CDNF,BDNF)، قدرت}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_67074.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_67074_47439129a8d6af59f29c1fe396fb7133.pdf} }
