The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 8 weeks endurance, resistance and combination training on natriuretic peptides. Methods: A total of 36 students with a mean age of 25/36 ± 2/52 and BMI of 23/479 ± 0/959 were randomly divided into 4 groups: endurance (9 subjects), resistance (9 subjects), combination (9 subjects) and control (9 subjects) were divided. Subjects: Exercise, resistance, combination for 8 weeks and 4 sessions per week. The endurance group performed the program for 25 to 40 minutes and 65 to 85 percent of the maximum heart rate (HRmax) for each session, The resistance group was 50 percent one repetition (1-RM) and The combined group performed 2 sessions of endurance training and 2 sessions of resistance training each week. Blood samples were taken from subjects before and 48 hours after the test to measure ANP and NTproBNP hormones. T-test, one way ANOVA and LSD follow-up were used for data analysis using SPSS19 software. (Significance α≤0/05). Results: Endurance training has a significant effect on ANP decrease (p≥0/05), however, there is no significant effect on BNP (P≤0/05); endurance training compared to resistance and combination has a greater effect on ANP reduction, as well as resistance training and The combination has no significant effect on ANP and BNP (p≤0/05). Conclusion: It seems that endurance training has a better effect on natriuretic peptides than resistance and combined exercises.}, keywords = {natriuretic peptides,endurance exercises,resistance exercises,combined exercises}, title_fa = {تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی بر غلظت هورمون‌های پپتیدهای دهلیزی و مغزی دانشجویان پسر}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پپتیدهای ناتریورتیک از قلب ترشح می‌شود و تحقیقات نشان داده است که تمرینات ورزشی بر این پپتیدها تأثیر دارند. هدف این مطالعه تأثیر 8 هفته تمرین استقامتی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی بر پپتیدهای ناتریورتیک می‌باشد. روش ‌بررسی: تعداد 36 دانشجو با میانگین سنی(52/2±36/25) و شاخص توده بدنی (959/0±479/23) به‌طور تصادفی به 4 گروه: استقامتی ( 9 نفر)، مقاومتی ( 9 نفر)، ترکیبی( 9 نفر) و کنترل ( 9 نفر) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌های گروه : استقامتی، مقاومتی، ترکیبی به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 4 جلسه به تمرین پرداختند. گروه استقامتی در هر جلسه برنامه دویدن را به مدت 25 تا 40 دقیقه و شدت 65 تا 85 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه (HRmax)، گروه مقاومتی باشدت 50 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه (1-RM) و گروه ترکیبی هر هفته 2 جلسه تمرین استقامتی و 2 جلسه تمرین مقاومتی انجام دادند. نمونه‌های خونی در قبل و 48 ساعت پس از آزمون جهت سنجش هورمون‌های ANP و NTproBNP از آزمودنی‌ها گرفته شد. از آزمون‌های t وابسته ، آنالیز واریانس یک‌راهه و تعقیبی LSD با استفاده از برنامه SPSS19 برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. (معناداری 0/05≥α ) نتایج: تمرین استقامتی اثر معنی داری بر کاهش ANP دارد (05/0≥p) با این وجود اثر معنی داری بر BNP ندارد (05/0≤p)؛ تمرین استقامتی نسبت به مقاومتی و ترکیبی اثر بیشتری بر کاهش ANP دارد همچنین تمرین مقاومتی و ترکیبی اثر معنی داری بر ANP و BNP ندارند (05/0≤p). نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می رسد تمرین استقامتی نسبت به مقاومتی و ترکیبی اثر بهتری بر پپتیدهای ناتریورتیک دارد.}, keywords_fa = {پپتیدهای ناتریورتیک,تمرینات استقامتی,تمرینات مقاومتی,تمرینات ترکیبی}, url = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_82659.html}, eprint = {https://www.sportrc.ir/article_82659_c93cf66ddbb102391dcc5e5ca52423d1.pdf} }
