Thisstudy was descriptive-survey and the population consisted of all staff of Iran Sport and Youth general offices in Iran. As the population was vast, cluster random sampling method was used; therefore, the physical education experts of general offices of 5 provinces were selected as the sample (n=118). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by sport management professors.The reliability of the questionnaire was determined byCronbach’s alpha coefficient. Kolmogorov-Smirnov confirmed normal data distribution. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics(mean, frequency and frequency percentage) and inferential statistics(ANOVA (P<0.05) and LSD post hoc test, factor analysis of variance and paired-sample ttest). The results showeda significant difference between the present and desirablesituationsinreengineering factors (except for information technology factor in desirablesituation) and there was a difference in the present and desirablesituations between</em><em>West Azerbaijan</em><em> and other provinces.</em> <strong>هدفاز انجام این پژوهش مهندسی­مجدد در ادارات کل ورزش وجوانان استان­های منتخب کشور: مقایسه وضعیت موجود و مطلوب بود.این پژوهش،ازنوع توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده و جامعه­ آماری ­شامل کلیه­کارشناسان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان کشورمی­باشد. به دلیل گستردگی جامعه­ آماری تحقیق، از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای استفاده شد. از این­رو کارشناسان تربیت بدنی ادارات کل پنج استان به عنوان نمونه­ تحقیق در نظر گرفته شدند(118=</strong><strong>n</strong><strong>). اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، روایی پرسشنامه را تأیید کرده و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به­دست آمد.آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف طبیعی بودن توزیع داده­ها را تأیید کرد. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین،فراوانی،درصدفراوانی) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون آنالیز واریانس (05/0</strong><strong>P<</strong><strong>) و آزمون تعقیبی، آزمون تحلیل­ واریانس­ عاملی و همچنین آزمون تی­زوجی) انجام شد. یافته­های پژوهش نشان ­داد در وضعیت موجود و مطلوب، مؤلفه­های مهندسی مجدد دارای تفاوت معنی­داری می­باشند (به غیر از مؤلفه­ی تکنولوژی ­اطلاعات در وضعیت مطلوب) و همچنین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب استان آذربایجان­غربی با سایر استان­ها متفاوت می­باشد.</strong> https://www.sportrc.ir/article_61459_a7e28167d043e87cbaf2707f6e3bfcd3.pdf
