In recent years, consumption of energy drinks in among athletes to enhance performance during training and competition success has been increased significantly. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Hype energy drink before exercise on performance indicators and blood lactate of elite badminton players.Ten male elite badminton players, from Guilan Province (mean age, 16.6 ± 0.52 years, height 172.9 ± 9.16 cm, weight 68.9 ± 10.33 kg, body fat 11.66 ± 6.3%) were selected purposefully. Subjects using crossover counterbalanced and then during two sessions with an interval of 4 days of each other the double blind, 6 mg/kg energy drink and placebo (15 min before test) were used. In this session, after the standard breakfast participants performed order of tests one repetition maximum and 60% of one repetition maximum in the chest press and leg press, anaerobic Rast test, 45 m sprint, illinois agility test, shuttle run 20 meter aerobic test. Also before, immediately and 5 minutes after Rast test, 5 cc of blood from brachial vein to measure blood lactate was taken from subjects, and the results were recorded. For data analysis, SPSS version 20 and Paired t-test were used. Results showed that aerobic performance in Energy drink consumers significantly improved (P < 0.05), whereas changes in power, muscular endurance, sprint, agility and anaerobic power were not significant between energy drink and placebo Consumers (P > 0.05). Also, significant changes in blood lactate levels before, immediately and 5 minutes after the test were not observed in energy drinks and placebo (P > 0.05). It seems that acute consumption of energy drinks has no significant effect on performance indicators of badminton players and only improve aerobic performance.

The purpose of this study was to comparison the effect of 8-week aerobic and low-intensity resistance exercise on indices of anthropometric adiposity include of Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference (WC), waist to hip ratio (WHR), Waist-to-height ratio (WHtR), Percent body fat (%BF), Arm Circumference (AC (, hip Circumference (HC) and Thigh Circumference (TC) in middle-aged overweight women. Thirty volunteered women with regular menstrual cycle and BMI of 25 to 29.9 who participate in this research and were randomly divided into two aerobic and resistance groups. The exercise consisted of aerobic (60% HRmax) and resistance (40-45 %1RM) trainings. Statistical comparisons between groups were performed by the covariance analysis test and comparisons between pre and post- intervention periods were performed by paired t-test. The results showed that there is a significant difference between aerobic and resistance groups in AC (p=0.04) and TC (0.02) at the end of the experiment (p≤0.05). However, no significant differences in other variables were observed between the two groups. According to the results, low intensity resistance training is more effective than aerobic one to reduce indices of adiposity.

The purpose of this research was to investigation of managerial status of Fitness Clubs in Kurdistan privies. The research method was based on descriptive study collecting data. The statistical population of all managers and customers sports club was a city of Kurdistan (40 of managers and 160 client’s bodybuilding clubs). A sample of clusters to select a club a random and is determined by Morgan. Questionnaire used in the study was inspired by Mantya (2000) in America and Skndiz (2009) in Turkey and Solaimani (1390) were used in Iran. The questionnaire consisted of 48 questions, and the two managers and customer-specific versions have been developed. The Cranach’s alpha reliability of the questionnaire by Solaimani (1390), 0/85 was reported. The acquired data was analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) were studied, through software 18spss. In order to check the normality of the data was used Smirnov test at the end of the test to be used verify the hypothesis by Pearson, Friedman and Mann-Whitney U tests. The results indicated that the criteria for evaluating a premier fitness club manager's point of view there is a significant difference (P>0/000). The analysis also showed that competencies and requirements employees' health and fitness clubs in the Premier League managers is an important criterion.

Based on conflicting results and concerns related to plyometric exercise- induced muscle soreness, the present study was conducted to compare the effect of a single-session plyometric and strength weight training on some indices of delay onset muscle soreness (DOMS) in female volleyball players. Therefore, in a quasi-experimental design, fourteen volleyball players (Female, aged 17-28 years) in two random homogeneous groups were participated in an exhaustive single-session strength weight training (6 sets leg press and Knee extension with 70% one repetition maximum) or plyometric training (6 sets deep and side jump with 70% Maximum high jump). All DOMS indices were determined in the four phases (10 days, 30 min before and immediately and 48 hours after exercise session). Data were expressed as mean (±SD) and analyzed by repeated measure ANOVA, Bonferroni and independent samples t tests at α≤0.05. Perceived soreness, thigh circumference, serum creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and C-reactive protein (CRP) increased after the exercises and were more than the basal values until 48 hours (P<0.05). But, flexibility, maximal isometric strength and peak power output of lower limb decreased and were less than the basal values until 48 hours (P<0.05). Based upon the recovery rate of some DOMS indices in plyometric group, it can recommend to female volleyball players to use this type training without concerns.

The issue of customer behavioral intentions (e.g. loyalty) and to identify factors influencing, it has a double significance affects. The purposes of this study were to investigate the role of the servicescape and infrastructure Management services associated with behavioral intentions of customers. The method of research was descriptive - survey conducted. The population sample consisted of 200 users of the services offered at the gas gyms in 1392. Research tool builds questionnaire with 59 closed questions were answered. Cronbach's alpha reliability test was 0/96(P<0/01).The model has 8 factors and good consistance on the current models. Three factors consist of Services scape, employe and involvement as independent factors in the model have been appeared that, and Waiting time, Service quality, value and satisfaction are the related factors and the behavioral intentions is the answer factor of model. Also the managers should be notice to correlations between the factors. Involvement is the key factor that affect on customer satisfaction and loyalty.Concern with service quality, service scape, employe and satisfaction are important.
<em>The purpose of this study was to determine effect the period of decrease 70 percent in training volume on strength, power, anabolic and catabolic status of runners. Fourteen man runners with average age 23/50± 4/06 years, high 178/21± 5/95, fat percent 9/93 ± 3/16 voluntarily participated. After taken the first test 8 week progressive training was started. Second test was taken after eight weeks. Follow that decrease training volume phase began. Taper group past 14 days decrease 70 percent training volume, control group followed training with previous same loading. After 14 days the third test was taken in same circumstances to previous tests. For data analyze analysis of variance (ANOVA) with repeated measures and Bonfronie post hoc tests were taken (P<0/05). Results showed in taper group, strength and power during taper phase improved significantly (P<0/05). But in control this variation wasn’t significant (P>0/05).During taper phase the plasma levels of testosterone, cortisol and testosterone to cortisol ratio was not significantly change (P>0/05). Period of decreased 70 percent training volume in runner during 14 days before main contest could in addition to decrease fatigue accumulation, improve strength and power. that is independent of variation in catabolic and anabolic indices.</em>

The purpose of this study was to investigate components of Emotional Intelligence in order to predicting Coaches’ performance against problem. Research method was descriptive – correlation. Goleman Emotional Intelligence Inventory and Martens Scale were used as investigation instruments. The statistical population of the research was coaches that participates in 23th National Sport Olympiad (N=140) and 103 participate were selected randomly based on Krejcie and Morgan table. For data analysis, Pearson correlation was used. The results of this study indicated a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and coaches’ performance (r= 0/395, p< 0/01). the results of multiple regression analysis test showed that the self -management and social skills components can predict coaches' performance against problems. Therefore, it is expected coaches that have a higher emotional intelligence have better performance in dealing with problems of the profession.

The aim of this study was the comparison of the effect of aerobic and combines training of endothelial response on elderly men. Twenty one healthy inactive elderly men (60-80 years old) voluntary selected and randomly allocated in three groups. Aerobic training program (running 3 d/w, 50-60% HRmax, 45 min) and combine training (resistive: 3 d/w, 40-60% 1RM, 10-12 R aerobic 50-60% HRmax, 22 min) were performed for 10 weeks. Fasting blood sample were taken before and at the end of study. Data analysis showed that ICAM-1 level in aerobic training (39.9%, P=0.02) and combine training (45.68%, P=0.02) were significantly decrease, but the difference between gropes weren’t significant (P>0.05). The weight, BF%, BMI, TC and TG levels in experimental gropes were significantly decrease (P<0.05). Finally, aerobic and combine training by mediating serum ICAM-1, although the decline of ICAM-1 levels maybe occurs higher than aerobic training.

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the relationship between service quality, satisfaction and citizenship behavior in spectators of volleyball super league and national championship course of Gonbad. The statistical population was all over 18 years old spectators who watching major sports in Gonbad sport facilities. Statistical samples based on the Morgan table were 384 Spectators. Data collection was done from a stratified random sampling method. The data was collect, from three questionnaires, Ko and Kwon (2006) quality service questionnaire, Cronin (2000) satisfaction questionnaire and Groth (2005) citizenship behavior questionnaire that their validities was approved from 10 sport management Experts. Their reliabilities were test by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and they were respectively 0.74, 0.73, and 0.79 for service quality, satisfaction and citizenship behavior questionnaires. Data analysis was done by analytical and descriptive statistical (Pearson correlation coefficient and regression). The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the service quality of dimensions, satisfaction and citizenship behavior (p<0.05). Also, program quality (with 0.61 and 0.56 beta coefficient) was a stronger predictor for satisfaction and citizenship behavior than interaction quality (0.44, 0.31), Environment quality (0.57, 0.29) and outcome quality (0.13, 0.07). The results of this study, service quality perceived by the spectators, causing for spectators satisfaction to be Creation citizenship behavior components, which eventually will lead to a reduction in personnel costs for club managers.
