Abstract
The aim of the current research was to design a paradigm model for protecting the rights of female consumers in the field of championship sports. This research is applied in terms of the research objective, from the perspective of research method, qualitative type and inductive approach (part to whole) and the dominant paradigm of the present research is interpretative-constructive paradigm. Foundation data theory and Strauss Corbin's approach were used. The statistical population of the research included specialists and professors of sports management and experts in the field of marketing, sports managers of federations in the women's section with the condition and criteria of having at least 5 years of experience and knowledge in the field of consumer rights, champion creditors and qualified female coaches, and a total of 15 interviews were conducted. . Using Straus Corbin's paradigm model, it was determined that three factors as causal conditions (lack of independence, discrimination, cultural-religious gap); Three factors as background conditions (professionalism, championship sports, advertising) and three factors as intervening conditions (support campaign, obtaining seats, facilities) play a role in protecting the rights of female consumers in the field of championship sports. Also, there are 20 strategies in the form of 5 concepts (centered justice, educationalist, investment, central motivation, professional structuring) and six main consequences. In a general conclusion, it should be mentioned that in order to protect the rights of female consumers in the country's championship sports, negative factors should be reduced, especially in the causal conditions, the background components should be strengthened, and by implementing the identified strategies, in the long term, There were positive consequences in women's championship sports.
