Abstract

 

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of change management and the use of information technology on performance of the Iranian Football Premier League judges and developing of the model. The method of this research was descriptive correlational. The statistical population consisted of 200 judges who worked in the first level of football in Iran in 2017 The sample was equal to the population (census sampling method). The readiness for change Questionnaire, the acceptance of information technology (A researcher made questionnaire) and the sheet of monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the judges were used to collect data.
