The aim of the present research was the development model of the academies of Iran's premier football league clubs. Development of academy in Iranian football clubs. Qualitative research method and research strategy was based on foundational theory and systematic approach. The statistical population of the research was made up of all specialists who had sufficient knowledge and experience in the field of football (N=16). The sampling method was purposeful. The data collection tool was structured and semi-structured interviews that continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The results indicate that there is a platform for the development of football academies in Iran's clubs due to budget-financial adequacy, standard training ground, professional organizational structure, and specific goals. vision, sports, sports, legal-legal licenses, legitimacy, privatization and development document. Intervening conditions included facilitating factors and inhibiting factors, background conditions also included organizational culture, paratraining equipment, equipment. Technology, monitoring and evaluation were the legal rules of educational support for children. Finally, the result included three concepts of "individual development", "social development" and "organizational (academic) development". In general, the result of the model shows that in the development of the academy of Iranian football clubs, there can be an interwoven role of national identity and social economy, which also requires the management of the academies. Therefore, "growth of club and national teams, club economy and organizational improvement" are in the field of academies development. Also, from individual development to social and organizational development, it can lead to the improvement of the performance and development status of football academies and ultimately to the improvement of the development of the Iranian football club academy.
