Abstract
The aim of the current research was to provide a model of the factors affecting women's social inclusion in sports using the structural-interpretive modeling approach. This research is a mixed and exploratory type of research. The statistical population of the research included all the experts and researchers of women's sports, sports sociologists, sports psychologists and coaches with experience in the field of women's sports. In the qualitative section, 28 people were interviewed using the snowball sampling method and the data were categorized based on thematic analysis method. In the quantitative part, in order to find the relationship between the factors, the structural-interpretive modeling approach was used. The findings of the research showed that for the social inclusion of women in sports, it is first necessary to solve social and economic problems so that its impact can be seen at the individual level. Based on this, it is suggested to the managers of sports organizations to put gender budgeting on the agenda in order to grow, develop and sustain the inclusion of women in various sports sectors; Also, in order to consider the rights, conditions and needs of both sexes (women and men), it is necessary to consider a gender quota for all decision-making institutions in the field of sports.
