Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the views of sports teachers, health care workers and parents about the effectiveness of the KOCH project in the education of Kermanshah city. The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, based on structural equations; which has been done in the form of a survey. The statistical population of the research included all physical education teachers, health care workers and parents, which was determined as a sample of 381 people based on unlimited communities. In this research, stratified and simple random sampling method was used. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 47 questions and 6 components was used, and its formal and content validity was confirmed by experts (14 people). Also, its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha test (a) (0.89) and composite reliability (CR). In order to analyze the data and answer the research questions, descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling by PLS-SEM and (22) SPSS) have been used to check the fit of the model. The findings showed that the development of student sports, lifestyle change, family-school participation, holding sports competitions, communication-support requirements and education and awareness, respectively, with path coefficients (Beta) equal to 0.927, 930 0.0, 0.931, 0.923, 0.930 and 0.946 had a significant role in explaining the satisfaction structure of the target groups. After comparing the satisfaction and disagreement of the target groups, which confirmed the effectiveness of the plan, it was indicated that there is no difference in the views of the two groups of health care providers and sports teachers, but the two groups of health care providers and sports teachers with parents in some They disagreed with each other about the components. Also, the results showed that among the influential components, the education component with a path coefficient of 0.946 is the first priority and holding sports competitions with a path coefficient of 0.923 is the last priority. In general, based on the research, it can be said that education by emphasizing home and school participation, lifestyle change and special attention to the education of key stakeholders can take an effective step towards the effectiveness of the migration plan. It is suggested that education policy makers of Kermanshah city use the findings of this research to revise or improve the effectiveness of this plan in the future.
