Developing a conceptual model of Performance Management of Iran's Government Sports Organizations: a systematic study

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive conceptual model of local performance management in government sports organizations in Iran. The method of the present research is review and analytical; By library study method, existing scientific documents and researches, were reviewed and analyzed and the research data were divided based on the framework of the local model of performance management of government organizations Yavari and Zahedi (2013) in the form of three basic sections: drivers and contextual factors, process factors and stages, and dimensions and performance criteria. The findings showed that the most important drivers and contextual factors in the performance management of government sports organizations, including foreign drivers, which include the effects of political, economic, socio-cultural, technological and legal environment, Intermediate internal inclusion that includes stakeholders, leadership, management information system, entrepreneurship, human resource management, learning, organizational culture, innovation and internal environment and micro-internal drivers including motivation, social responsibility, satisfaction, professionalism, behavior Organizational citizenship is organizational stress and commitment. The most important steps in the performance management process of government sports organizations also include planning, implementation, evaluation and feedback, and corrective action and Finally, the most important dimensions and performance criteria in performance management of government sports organizations include performance goals, performance criteria, performance standards, performance qualifications, predictive performance, staff performance, service quality and financial performance and costs Performance. As a result of this research, the concept of performance management through a comprehensive perspective and by developing a comprehensive indigenous model of performance management for Iranian government sports organizations, through the literature review, thus the system and efficient model to improve performance management, appropriate Plan with specific specifications, conditions and existing fields of government sports organizations.
