تحلیل وضعیت آگاهی از مسئولیت‌های حقوقی در ورزش

چکیده

 
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی وضعیت آگاهی از مسئولیت‌های حقوقی ورزش در مربیان، مدرسان و اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- پیمایشی است که از منظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به شکل میدانی انجام گرفت. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از مقیاس تعدیل‌شدۀ ارزیابی مسئولیت‌های حقوقی در ورزش ساخته‌شده توسط آلین و بیکن (1980) استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش در 3 گروه به تعداد 163 نفر قابل تفکیک بودند که با توجه به ماهیت تحقیق، نمونه برابر با جامعۀ آماری درنظر گرفته شده و از سرشماری استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و از آمار استنباطی در سطح معناداری 05/0 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از نامطلوب بودن مؤلفه‌های بیمه‌های ورزشی، قوانین و مقررات، موارد متفرقه، مسئولیت‌های پزشکی و ثبت اطلاعات ورزشکاران و مطلوبیت مؤلفه‌های نظارت و سرپرستی، معیارهای مراقبتی و تجهیزات و امکانات داشت.. به‌طور کلی آگاهی حقوقی در مربیان، مدرسان و اعضای هیأت علمی امری است که به‌علت حساسیت‌های نهفته در آن و پرونده‌های حقوقی که در صورت نادیده گرفتن و ناآگاهی از مسئولیت‌های آن متصور است، ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the status of awareness of legal responsibilities in sport among coaches, professors and the faculty members of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. The present study was descriptive-survey and field in terms of data collection. To fulfill the aims of the study, modified scale of legal responsibilities in sport by Allyn and Bacon (1980) was used. The statistical population included 163 subjects who were divided into three groups. Due to the nature of the study, the sample was equal to the statistical population using census sampling method. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used at the significance level of 0.05. The findings showed that the sport insurance, laws and regulations, sundries, medical responsibilities and the record of the athletes’ data were undesirable and supervision and administration, caregiving standards and equipment and facilities were desirable. Generally, due to the covert sensitivity and the legal cases which may result from unawareness and disregard of different aspects, legal awareness of coaches, professors and the faculty members of faculty is essential.
