مدل‌یابی رابطۀ مدیریت دانش و توانمندسازی با یادگیری سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش ارائۀ مدلی از رابطۀ مدیریت دانش و توانمند سازی با یادگیری سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود.این پژوهش از نظر نوع کاربردی، از نظر روش توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر شیوۀ جمع­آوری اطلاعات میدانی بوده است. یافته­های مورد نیاز از طریق بهره‌گیری از سه نوع پرسشنامه به‌دست آمد؛ پرسشنامۀ مدیریت دانش که توسط محقق تدوین شده است و پرسشنامۀ توانمندسازی اسپریتزر و پرسشنامۀ یادگیری سازمانی نیفه، که روایی پرسشنامه­ها توسط جمعی از صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهی و از طریق تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تأیید شد و پس از تعیین پایایی در اختیار جامعۀ آماری قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده­ها از ضریب همبستگی و روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت دانش دارای ضریب اثر 56/0 بر یادگیری سازمانی و ضریب اثر 51/0 بر توانمندسازی است. همچنین ضریب اثر توانمندسازی بر یادگیری سازمانی 63/0 به‌دست آمد. مدل ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش تأثیر مدیریت دانش از طریق توانمندسازی را بر یادگیری سازمانی تأیید کرد

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to provide a model of the relationship of knowledge management and empowerment with organizational learning in Sport and Youth Ministry of Islamic Republic of Iran. The study was application in terms of type, descriptive-survey in terms of methodology and field in terms of data collection. The researchers used 3 questionnaires: the researcher-made Knowledge Management Questionnaire, Spritzer Empowerment Questionnaire and Nife’s Organizational Learning Questionnaire. Their Validity was confirmed by a group of academic experts and through factor analysis technique. After their reliability was determined, they were distributed among the population. Correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. The results showed that knowledge management had the 0.56 impact factor on organizational learning and 0.51 impact factor on empowerment. Also, the impact factor of empowerment on organizational learning was 0.63. The model presented in this study confirmed the effect of knowledge management through empowerment on organizational learning.
