The present study aimed to explain the development of private sports clubs in Iran by identifying the possible situations of private sports clubs in the future, to provide a suitable decision-making platform in the hands of officials for the development of such clubs. In the present study, scenario writing method and interaction analysis methods have been used. Micmac software was used to analyze the status, performance of indicators and key factors were extracted, and Scenario Wizard software was used to extract the scenarios. The method of data collection is descriptive-analytical and in two forms: documentary-library and field. The sample used is expert-oriented and has 20 members. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, by reviewing the literature and using a panel of experts while identifying key factors, scenarios for the development of private sports clubs were identified. Therefore, 33 effective indicators and 10 indicators have been extracted as a key factor in the development of clubs. Then, to analyze the performance of each of them, futuristic software in the form of three scenarios, favorable, static and undesirable has been used. The findings showed that the coefficient of realization of unfavorable scenarios was higher than other scenarios that in the absence of intelligent planning in this field, the development process of private sports clubs will be subject to adverse and adverse consequences.
