In the current era of the sports industry, organizational performance is critical to success in a competitive environment. In order to achieve an organization with optimal performance, the National Olympic Committee of Iran is facing various managerial and social challenges. Also, the managers of the current collection should be more active and agile in order to survive in a competitive environment. The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of strategic intelligence on organizational performance with the mediating role of organizational agility in managers of the National Olympic Committee of Iran. The research method is descriptive and correlation based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of the research was made up of managers, experts and members of the general assembly of the National Olympic Committee of Iran. Also, the total sample size was determined (100 samples). Therefore, 90 questionnaires were completed and analyzed. To collect information, three standard questionnaires were used: strategic intelligence of Maccoby (2004), organizational agility of Sharifi and Zhang (1999) and organizational performance of Kaplan and Norton (2001). The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 7 sports management professors, and its reliability was also confirmed using Cronbach's alpha test. Therefore, the reliability level for three questionnaires of strategic intelligence, organizational performance and organizational agility were obtained as 0.964, 0.931 and 0.807 respectively. In order to examine and analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used with the structural equation modeling approach; The data were analyzed using the partial least squares method. The research results showed the direct and positive impact of strategic intelligence on organizational performance and organizational agility, as well as the direct and positive impact of organizational agility on organizational performance. In addition, the mediating role of organizational agility in the influence of managers' strategic intelligence on organizational performance was confirmed. Therefore, managers and policy makers of the Iranian National Olympic Committee can provide the basis for creating an agile organization in order to improve organizational performance by using the ability of strategic intelligence and its dimensions at the group level.
