The current research was focused on analyzing and presenting the structural-interpretive framework of value chain development in Iran's football industry. Methodology: The research method was structural-interpretive studies. The statistical population consisting of scientific experts (analysts) and executives (managers) who are aware of the subject of the research was selected. The sample was estimated to be sufficient for the ISM method (15 people) and was sampled using a targeted method. The research tool was a questionnaire consisting of 11 variables determined as a pairwise comparison. Data analysis was done using interpretive structural modeling and MICMAC analysis. Findings: The results showed that the variables were placed in six levels as follows: the sixth level (the factors of the global value chain of football and the supply chain of the country's sports industry), the fifth level (the factor of the strategic position of the football industry), the fourth level (the participation factors of the levels football and the supporting resources of the football industry), the third level (football value chain management), the second level (factors for the alignment of football value chains, football value development processes and circulating football values) and the first level (factors for the growth of the country's football industry and the improvement of football performance in Country). According to the principles of the ISM method, the identified relationships were in the form of sequential effects between the sixth level and the first level. Conclusion: Based on the presented framework, it can be said that the development of the value chain in the football industry is affected by the environmental value chains, the position and capacities of the football industry and its value chain system, and if it is realized, it will lead to the growth of the football industry. and improving its function in the country. Therefore, it is suggested that this framework for studies, planning, education and media in the football industry should be considered by analysts and managers.
