According to the importance of Kish Island as the most important location of aquatic sports, the current study investigates the prediction of customers’ behavior of aquatic sport clubs in the Kish Island. In order to do so a questionnaire was designed. Validity of the questionnaires was approved by 8 experts and university professors and its reliability was checked in a pilot study between 30 samples of statistical population by the Alpha Cronbach test. Statistical population of the present study was all the customers of the water sport clubs in The Kish Island. (The number of statistical population was not determined). 395 questionnaires were distributed and finally 350 of them were filled out and sent back. Descriptive statistics were used in order to describe demographics situation of the replicants and Pearson, Spearman correlation and multiple regression and variance analysis were used to verify the inferential statistics. So MS Excel, SPSS Ver 18 software were used. The results of the study revealed that different variables of the services quality were consisted of concrete quality, trustfulness, being respondent, confidence and empathy. All the variables were considered as the predictive of customers’ behavior except trustfulness variable (p-0/363). In other words all the variables in the context of customers’ behavior were effective on the faithfulness of the aquatic sport club customers’ except trustfulness variable.
