شناسایی موانع ارتباط دانشکده‌های علوم ورزشی با مراکز رشد و پارک‌های علم و فناوری در ایران

چکیده

 
حرکت دانشگاه‌های آموزش‌محور به سمت دانشگاه‌های کارآفرین، با ایدة تجاری‌سازی دانش به شکل‌گیری مراکز رشد و پارک‌های علم و فناوری منجر شده است؛ اما آنچه مغفول مانده، جایگاه علوم ورزشی در این مراکز است. هدف تحقیق شناسایی موانع ارتباط دانشکده‌های علوم ورزشی با مراکز رشد و پارک‌های علم و فناوری است. روش تحقیق، کیفی است و گردآوری داده‌ها با مصاحبه و بررسی پیشینة تحقیق انجام گرفت. جامعة تحقیق را رؤسا و اعضای هیأت ‌علمی علوم ورزشی کشور، رؤسای مراکز رشد و کارآفرینی دانشگاه‌های دارای دانشکدة علوم ورزشی، رؤسای پارک‌های علم و فناوری و دیگر مسئولان مرتبط با تحقیق بودند. نمونة تحقیق به‌صورت نظری تعیین و پس از انجام 19 مصاحبه موانع ارتباط بین دانشکده‌های علوم ورزشی با مراکز رشد و پارک‌های علم و فناوری شناسایی شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از سه مرحلة کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان ‌داد که 8 مقولة اصلی تحت عناوین ضعف ساختاری، ضعف هنجاری، ضعف امکانات، ضعف آموزشی، عدم درک ظرفیت‌های کارآفرینانه در ورزش (ضعف حمایتی)، دست‌کم گرفتن ایده‌های دانشجویان علوم ورزشی، بی‌توجهی به منابع فرصت و ضعف روانی- نگرشی دانشجویان علوم ورزشی در راستای شناسایی موانع ارتباط بین دانشکده‌های علوم ورزشی با مراکز رشد و پارک‌های علم و فناوری به دست آمد که هر کدام به زیرمجموعه‌های دیگری تقسیم می‌شوند. ازاین‌رو به رؤسای دانشگاه‌ها و دانشکده‌های علوم ورزشی پیشنهاد می‌شود با بررسی این موانع، برنامة راهبردی به‌منظور رفع آنها را در دستور کار خود قرار دهند تا شاهد شکوفایی ایده و نوآوری‌های دانشجویان رشتة علوم ورزشی و ایجاد اشتغال برای آنان باشیم و بتوانیم از قابلیت‌های بی‌شمار این رشتة تحصیلی در جهت رفع نیازهای جامعه استفاده کنیم.

چکیده [English]

Today, the movement of education-based universities towards entrepreneurial universities, with the idea of turning theory into practice and commercialization of knowledge, has led to the establishment of Incubator centers and science and technology parks. The aim of this research was to identify barriers to the relationship between the Faculty of physical education and sports of the country with growth centers and science and technology parks. The method of this research was qualitative in terms of data collection and the data were collected through interview and research background, Research community included head of the Faculty and faculty members of the School of Physical Education and Sport Sciences in Iran, Heads of Incubator and entrepreneurship centers at universities that have Faculty of Physical Education college, and other relevant authorities to investigate. Data analysis was conducted through three coding levels of open axial, and selective. The findings showed that the­ 8 ­main categories under the­heading­ of­ structural weakness, normative weakness, weakness­ of facilities, educational weakness, lack of understanding ­of ­entrepreneurial ­capacities ­in underestimation of students of sports science, lack of attention to resources of opportunity and weakness Psychosocial attitude of students of sport sciences were identified as barriers to the relationship between science and sports college with The Incubation Centers and science and technology parks. That each of­ which is subdivided into­ other subsets. Therefore, it is suggested to the heads of universities and colleges of sport sciences to study these obstacles and plan a strategic plan to solve them in order to witness the flourishing of the ideas and innovations of the students of the field of science Sports and create employment for them, and we can use countless possibilities of this field to meet the needs of the community.
