شناسایی اقدامات فرهنگی موثر بر ارتقای امنیت استادیوم‌های فوتبال ایران: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی اقدامات فرهنگی مؤثر بر ارتقای امنیت استادیوم‌های فوتبال ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع اکتشافی و روش آن کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوای عرفی بود. سیزده مصاحبه‌ی نیمه‌ساختار یافته عمیق با متخصصان حوزه مدیریت و جامعه‌شناسی ورزشی، که بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از کدگذاری باز و محوری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. اعتبار کدگذاریها نیز با بازبینی و کنترل صحت کدهای استخراج شده و کدگذاری مجدد مصاحبه‌ها توسط دو نفر متخصص همکار مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج حاصله اقدامات فرهنگی با هدف ارتقای امنیت استادیوم‌های فوتبال در قالب هفت تم اصلی شامل پشتوانه‌های فرهنگی، برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت، توسعه دانشگاهی، الگوسازی فرهنگی، فرهنگ‌پذیری، سازماندهی‌کارگزاران ورزشی و در نهایت هم‌اندیشی و شبکه‌سازی و 23 مقوله متناظر با آن‌ها استخراج و تبیین شد. به‌نظر می‌رسد، اصلاح نحوه حضور تماشاگران در استادیوم‌های فوتبال و آشنایی این افراد با آداب و رسوم و فرهنگ حضور در استادیوم از طریق اقدامات فرهنگی شناسایی شده در این پژوهش و درونی‌سازی ویژگی‌های مثبت اخلاقی و رفتاری تماشاگران و سایر افراد حاضر در استادیوم بتواند در ارتقای سطوح امنیت استادیوم‌ها مؤثر باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to find the cultural measures effective in enhancing security at Iranian football stadiums. It employed an exploratory qualitative research design and the conventional content analysis technique. Thirteen deep Semi-structured interviews were conducted with sports security and spectators' violent and aggression experts. The interviews were continued until they reach the data Theoretical saturation. The collected data were analyzed using open and axial coding. The validity of coding was confirmed by two co-experts by reviewing and controlling the accuracy of the extracted codes and re-coding the interviews. Based on the results, cultural activities aimed at improving the security of football stadiums in the form of seven main themes, including cultural support, planning, and management, academic promotion, Cultural Modeling and transmission of cultural models, acculturation, organizing sports agents, and finally Co-thinking and networking and 23 corresponding categories were extracted and explained. It seems that improving the attendance of spectators in football stadiums and acquainting these people with the customs and culture of attending the stadium through the cultural measures identified in this study and the internalization of positive moral and behavioral characteristics of spectators and other people present in the stadium can be effective in improving the security levels of stadiums.
